If you’re playing as a Demon in Slayers 2 and you’re wondering which BDA, clan, or weapon you should use, you’re definitely not alone. There are quite a few options in the game, and some of them are much more useful than others depending on whether you’re focused on PvP, PvE, combos, or simply progressing through the game.
In this guide, I’ll go through the current Demon meta and explain which Blood Demon Arts, clans, and weapons are worth using. I’ll also explain why certain options are considered strong instead of simply throwing everything into a tier list without any context.
One important thing before we start: these rankings are based on the pre-balance-patch version of Slayers 2. The developers can change damage, abilities, and passives with a balance update, so some of these rankings may change significantly after the patch. Think of this as a snapshot of the current Demon meta rather than a permanent ranking.
Roblox Slayers 2 Demon Tier List – BDAs, Clans & Weapons
Weapons are probably the easiest part of the Demon tier list because, at the moment, there are two weapons that stand out much more than the rest.
Those are Sickles and Umbrella.
Both are boss drops, and both are relatively accessible compared with some of the other options. They also give Demons much more utility than simply relying on your fists.
Sickles
I’d put Sickles among the best Demon weapons currently available.
They are especially strong for PvE because of their combo potential and overall damage. You can get a lot of value out of the moveset, and the weapon works particularly well when you’re trying to consistently damage bosses.
The main downside is that some of the moves can be relatively easy to Perfect Block in PvP. Even so, Sickles remain a very strong option.
If you’re mainly interested in PvE, this is the weapon I’d personally lean toward.
Umbrella
Umbrella is the other weapon you should seriously consider.
It’s also a boss drop and can be very comfortable to use in PvP. While I wouldn’t say it’s simply better than Sickles in every situation, it can fit certain PvP playstyles better.
The biggest thing to keep in mind is that Umbrella and Sickles have a similar weakness: some of their attacks can be predictable enough for experienced players to Perfect Block.
So, if you’re choosing between the two, I’d look at how you actually play rather than assuming one will automatically be better for you.
What About Other Demon Weapons?
Other options such as fists and the shotgun don’t currently compete with Sickles and Umbrella in the same way.
Gauntlets are a little harder to judge because they are newer, and there wasn’t enough testing at the time of this ranking to confidently place them above the established options.
For now, if you simply want a reliable Demon weapon, I’d focus on Sickles or Umbrella.
Slayers 2 Demon Clan Tier List
Clans are a little more complicated because their usefulness depends heavily on your build.
Some clans are much better for PvE, while others provide abilities that become extremely useful in PvP. I’ll go through the major clans and explain what makes each one worth considering.
Mythic Demon Clans
Edoroma
Edoroma is particularly interesting for Demon players because of its connection to the Duelist class.
The clan provides a 20% damage factor through the Duelist class, which can give you a noticeable boost to your overall damage.
Edoroma also has abilities that can help with boss farming and progression. One of its abilities can guarantee around 10% damage on a boss under the right circumstances.
The important catch is that this depends on the number of players fighting the boss. If you’re farming with just yourself and one other player, the ability can be extremely useful. Once more players join and the boss’s HP increases, that guaranteed damage interaction becomes less reliable.
For PvE-focused Demon builds, Edoroma is definitely worth considering.
Doma
Doma is another strong Mythic option.
You get access to clones, additional dodges, and an ability that allows you to dodge the next three incoming attacks.
That’s already useful for survivability, but Doma also provides additional mastery for your Evil Art and weapon. That means you can progress your mastery more quickly.
There are also defensive benefits when fighting certain users. For example, against Flame or Insect users, Doma can reduce the impact of flame and poison damage.
If you’re looking for a clan that gives you a mixture of offense, defense, and progression benefits, Doma is an interesting option.
Other Mythic Clans
The Mythic category is harder to rank with complete confidence because not every clan had been thoroughly tested when this ranking was made.
Edoroma, Doma, and the Stone-related options are among the Mythics I’d pay the most attention to, but this is an area where future testing could change things.
Supreme Demon Clans
The Supreme clans are where things get much more interesting.
Kamado
For Demon players, Kamado is one of the strongest clan choices in the current version.
The biggest reason is the access to Kamado Will and its health regeneration.
Kamado gives Demons 14% health regeneration speed for seven seconds, and the regeneration can continue while you’re in combat.
That is particularly useful in PvP because you’re not forced to completely disengage before recovering health.
You can also build around health regeneration, potentially making the effect even more useful.
Kamado also has Combat Intuition, which stores damage taken for a period of time and converts part of that stored damage into additional damage potential for your weapon and Demon Art.
The ability becomes especially useful if your opponent actually manages to combo you. If you activate it and don’t take much damage, however, you’re obviously not getting as much value from it.
Overall, Kamado’s combination of survivability, regeneration, and useful abilities makes it one of the most attractive Demon clans in the current pre-balance version.
Rengoku
Rengoku is another very strong option.
You get Indomitable Will as well as the Heart of Blaze ability, which provides additional offensive power.
Rengoku also has a particularly interesting passive involving the first M1 of a new combo. It applies a burn effect for a few seconds, and the damage is based on a percentage rather than being purely flat damage.
Another major benefit is that Rengoku provides immunity to Indomitable Will.
That can be extremely useful in PvP because Indomitable Will can otherwise provide powerful combo-extension opportunities.
Rengoku also gives you around 185 health, additional damage factor, and useful defensive stats.
The major problem for Demon players is the Sun.
Unlike Kamado, Rengoku doesn’t give you the same convenient Sun immunity. You’ll therefore need to account for Sun protection through something like a Sun Hat or another solution.
That extra requirement is one of the reasons Kamado can be more convenient for a Demon build.
Soyama
Soyama has a very interesting selling point: Bell Splitter, which gives you a built-in counter.
Having access to a free counter can be extremely valuable in PvP.
Soyama also provides Indomitable Will and Combat Intuition, giving you several useful combat tools in one clan.
Its passives and overall stats aren’t as impressive as some of the other Supreme options, but the built-in counter can make the clan very attractive for specific builds.
For example, if you’re combining Soyama with a Shockwave BDA and another fighting style that provides counters, you can potentially build around having multiple counter options.
That’s a very niche setup, but it can be extremely interesting if you enjoy counter-based PvP.
Uzui
Uzui is harder to recommend confidently because there was less information and testing available when this ranking was made.
It has some useful abilities, including a ground-based ability and a guard-break-related option, but overall it doesn’t appear to provide the same level of value as Kamado, Rengoku, or Soyama.
One useful passive is immunity to Indomitable Will.
Uzui can also provide healing benefits when fighting an Insect user by allowing you to recover from poison.
However, its overall stats and abilities don’t stand out as much as the other Supreme clans.
Current Demon Clan Ranking
Based on the pre-balance information, the major Demon clan choices can be summarized like this:
- Kamado — strongest overall option for Demons
- Rengoku — very strong offensive and defensive option
- Soyama — excellent if you want a counter-focused build
- Uzui — useful abilities, but less impressive overall
- Edoroma / Doma — strong Mythic options depending on your build
The important thing is that you don’t necessarily need to chase the exact same clan as everyone else.
If you’re building specifically for PvP, a counter-focused Soyama setup could make more sense for you. If you’re looking for general Demon utility, Kamado provides a very useful combination of regeneration and survivability.
Slayers 2 Blood Demon Art Tier List
Blood Demon Arts are where the ranking gets much more complicated.
The current meta is heavily influenced by PvP, combo potential, range, and how much value an Art provides in PvE.
And again, this is pre-balance patch, so keep that in mind before spending a huge amount of time building around one specific Art.
Blood
At the time of this ranking, Blood is the standout Demon Art.
It has strong barrage attacks, excellent combo potential, and a powerful ultimate.
There isn’t really a major weakness that stands out when comparing it with the other available Arts.
The obvious problem is that being this strong also makes Blood one of the most likely candidates for a major balance adjustment.
So while Blood is extremely strong right now, I wouldn’t assume that it will remain untouched forever.
If the balance patch heavily reduces its damage or combo potential, this entire ranking could change.
Cryo
Cryo, associated with Doma’s Demon Art, is another extremely strong option.
It has several long-range attacks, strong slowing effects, and good combo potential.
The range is particularly useful because you don’t always have to stand directly next to your opponent to start applying pressure.
Cryo was already a strong option in the first game, and it continues to be very useful in Slayers 2.
If Blood receives a significant nerf while Cryo remains relatively untouched, Cryo could become one of the most important Demon Arts in the meta.
Dream
Dream is especially powerful in PvP because of its combo potential.
It isn’t necessarily as impressive for PvE as Blood or some other options, but when you’re fighting another player, Dream can create some very strong combo opportunities.
If your main goal is PvP, Dream deserves serious consideration.
Reaper
Reaper is another strong option, although it was somewhat limited by the state of the game at the time of this ranking.
The Art had only a few available moves, and Demon Art moves and weapon moves weren’t as seamlessly integrated as they could become once additional keybind functionality is introduced.
That means Reaper has room to become considerably better as the game develops.
For now, I’d still put it among the better options after Blood, Cryo, and Dream.
Arrow
Arrow is another solid choice.
From the available testing, Arrow appears to have good combo potential and can be particularly useful for PvE.
It’s harder to place Arrow with complete confidence because fewer players were using some of these Arts compared with the dominant choices.
Still, if you don’t have Blood, Cryo, or Dream, Arrow is worth considering rather than immediately rerolling.
Pyrokinesis
Pyrokinesis is another Art that sits in the middle of the current Demon meta.
It doesn’t appear to have the same overall impact as Blood, Cryo, or Dream, but it still has useful attacks and shouldn’t necessarily be treated as unusable.
As with several of the mid-tier Arts, future balance changes could easily move Pyrokinesis up or down.
Obi Manipulation
Obi is more of a niche choice.
It appears to have better applications in PvP than PvE, so its usefulness depends heavily on what you actually want to do.
If you’re mainly fighting players, Obi can be worth experimenting with. For PvE farming, however, there are other options that provide more consistent value.
Shockwave
Shockwave has some interesting abilities and can work well in specific builds.
It also becomes more interesting when paired with a clan or fighting style that complements its counter-based or defensive playstyle.
However, it doesn’t currently have the same overall usage as the top three Arts.
That doesn’t mean it’s bad. It simply means the current meta has pushed several other options ahead of it.
Tamari
Tamari sits toward the bottom of the current ranking, but I wouldn’t completely write it off.
After fighting the Tamari boss and seeing some of its abilities, there are definitely moves that look useful.
A balance patch could also change the situation completely.
Something that looks average before a patch can suddenly become one of the most useful Arts after a few damage buffs, cooldown changes, or combo adjustments.
Current Blood Demon Art Ranking
Based on the pre-balance information discussed above, the current order can be summarized as:
- Blood
- Cryo
- Dream
- Reaper / Arrow
- Pyrokinesis
- Obi Manipulation
- Shockwave
- Tamari
The exact order after the top three is much more debatable.
Different players can get very different results depending on whether they’re playing PvP or PvE, and several of these Arts haven’t been tested as extensively as Blood, Cryo, and Dream.
Best Demon Weapon, Clan, and BDA Combination
If you’re simply asking what I’d focus on right now, the current pre-balance choices are fairly straightforward.
Best Demon Weapon
I’d go with Sickles if I wanted a more consistent option, particularly for PvE.
Umbrella is also extremely strong and can be a better fit depending on your PvP playstyle.
Best Demon Clan
Kamado is the most generally useful Demon clan in the current version because of its regeneration and survivability.
Rengoku and Soyama are also very strong alternatives.
Best Blood Demon Art
Blood is currently the standout BDA.
After that, Cryo and Dream are the two options I’d pay the most attention to.
What Could Change After the Balance Patch?
This is the most important part of this entire ranking.
The current version is a pre-balance-patch meta, meaning the rankings shouldn’t be treated as permanent.
Blood is an obvious example. It’s extremely powerful right now, so it’s also one of the Arts most likely to receive changes.
The same applies to other popular options. A small adjustment to damage, cooldowns, combo extensions, range, or passives can completely change how an Art performs.
The same is true for clans.
A clan that looks average today could become much more useful if one of its abilities receives a buff.
So if you’re reading this after the balance patch, make sure you check the latest version of the game before spending all your resources based on this ranking.
For the current pre-balance version of Slayers 2, the Demon meta is fairly concentrated around a few standout choices.
For weapons, Sickles and Umbrella are the two options I’d focus on.
For clans, Kamado is the strongest general-purpose choice, while Rengoku and Soyama offer different strengths that can work extremely well in the right build.
For Blood Demon Arts, Blood currently sits at the top, followed by Cryo and Dream, while Reaper, Arrow, Pyrokinesis, Obi, Shockwave, and Tamari fill out the rest of the current options.
Just remember that all of this is based on the game before the balance patch. Once the patch arrives, some of these choices could move around considerably.
If you’re building your Demon right now, I’d use this as a starting point and choose based on whether you care more about PvP, PvE, combos, survivability, or simply having a fun build.
