If you’ve been exploring everything Ice Tycoon 2 has to offer, you’ve probably noticed the three trophy slots in your laboratory. They’re not just for decoration—each trophy is earned by completing a unique challenge hidden around the map, and collecting all three is a fun way to prove you’ve mastered more than just building your tycoon.

The first time I went looking for them, I assumed they’d all be simple collectibles. That wasn’t exactly the case. One trophy tests your parkour skills, another puts you through a platforming challenge, and the last one requires building an army strong enough to defeat enemy forces.

The good news is that none of these trophies are permanently missable. As long as you continue upgrading your Crystal and progressing through your base, you’ll eventually unlock every area needed to collect them.

Here’s exactly how to get all three trophies.

Before You Start

Before hunting for any trophies, you’ll need to progress through your laboratory.

The frozen areas are locked behind Crystal Upgrades, so don’t ignore them. Every time you upgrade your Crystal, you’ll be able to survive in colder regions and unlock new sections of the map.

You’ll also want a steady income because the final trophy requires spending a fair amount of money recruiting soldiers.

Trophy 1 – Complete the Ice Obby

The first trophy becomes available after purchasing the Crystal Upgrade twice.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to reach a frozen building sitting on top of the nearby ice cliffs.

Step 1: Reach the Building

Head toward the building that has appeared in the newly unlocked area.

Before climbing, it’s worth purchasing the Stairs upgrade if you can afford it. It isn’t required, but it makes getting up and down the building much quicker, especially if you need another attempt.

Step 2: Climb to the Obby

Enter the building and start climbing the ladders.

Keep heading upward until you eventually reach the obstacle course.

Fortunately, this first challenge is fairly forgiving.

The jumps are straightforward, and there aren’t many complicated obstacles between you and the finish.

Step 3: Finish Before Time Runs Out

The only thing you really need to watch is the timer.

Although you aren’t under extreme pressure, you can’t stand around forever either. Keep moving through each platform until you reach the rooftop.

The first trophy is waiting at the very top.

Collect it, then carefully jump back down. Avoid touching the dangerous areas below or you’ll die before making it back.

Once you return to your laboratory, place the trophy in its display.

Trophy 2 – Complete the Platform Challenge

After collecting the first trophy, purchase the next Crystal Upgrade.

This unlocks an even colder section containing the second challenge.

Unlike the first trophy, this one isn’t traditional parkour. Instead, it’s a platforming mini-game with moving obstacles and a few mechanics you’ll need to pay attention to.

Step 1: Enter the Challenge

Head into the newly unlocked area.

You may want to extend your pathways beforehand to make getting there a little faster.

Once inside, the platform challenge begins immediately.

Step 2: Destroy the Spikes

As you move through the course, you’ll encounter spike obstacles.

Shoot each set of spikes before continuing.

They’re easy to deal with, but ignoring them can slow you down.

Step 3: Collect the Free Money

One nice bonus during this challenge is the scattered cash pickups.

Since you’re already completing the course, collect every stack you pass.

It’s essentially free money and helps pay for later upgrades.

Step 4: Watch the Moving Walls

The trickiest section comes near the end.

You’ll encounter walls with openings that require moving to the correct side before they reach you.

If you stay on the wrong side, you’ll crash into the wall and fail the challenge.

Thankfully, the timer is generous, so focus on positioning rather than rushing.

Step 5: Claim the Trophy

After clearing the final obstacle, climb onto the platform at the end.

You’ll find the second trophy waiting there.

Collect it and head back to your laboratory.

Trophy 3 – Win the Army Battle

The final trophy is very different from the first two.

Instead of testing movement, it tests your preparation.

You’ll need another Crystal Upgrade before you can access the battlefield.

Step 1: Unlock the Battlefield

Purchase the next Crystal Upgrade until the final snowy area opens.

Here you’ll find a military camp where you can recruit troops.

Step 2: Build Your Army

Before attacking, spend your money recruiting soldiers.

You’ll have access to several unit types.

Knights are much stronger than basic recruits, so it’s usually worth investing most of your money into them before filling any remaining space with cheaper troops.

If you attack with too small an army, expect to lose.

Step 3: Fight the Enemy Waves

Once you’re ready, send your army into battle.

Your troops will automatically engage the enemy forces.

Don’t worry if you fail the first attempt.

One helpful mechanic is that enemy units stay defeated after each battle, so your progress isn’t completely reset.

Simply earn more money, recruit additional soldiers, and attack again.

Step 4: Clear Every Enemy

Continue reinforcing your army until every wave has been defeated.

Once the battlefield is completely cleared, the final trophy appears at the end of the area.

Collect it to complete your trophy collection.

Crystal Upgrade Progression

To unlock every trophy area, you’ll need to upgrade your Crystal several times.

The general progression looks like this:

• Crystal Upgrade ×2 – Unlocks the first trophy building and obby.
• Next Crystal Upgrade – Unlocks the platform mini-game for Trophy 2.
