The Whole Cake Part 1 Update is finally here in Grand Piece Online, and this is a pretty big update with a lot of new content to explore. In this post, we will go through everything added in the update, including the new Whole Cake Island, new fruits, weapons, bosses, mini-bosses, Battle Royale changes, Christmas content, and balance adjustments.

There is also a new progression system on Whole Cake Island, with a five-floor tower filled with minigames and puzzles. You can also enter the Mirror World after clearing the tower, where you will find the new Mochi Emperor boss. So, there is quite a bit to do before you can see everything this update has to offer.

Grand Piece Online Whole Cake Part 1 Update Guide 2026 OCT

I’ll break everything down below so you can see what is new, where to find it, what the bosses drop, and which changes you should know about before jumping back into GPO.

New Level Cap

The new update increases the level cap to:

675

If you were already close to the previous level cap, you now have more levels to grind through as you explore the new Whole Cake content.

New Island: Whole Cake Island

The biggest addition in Part 1 is the new Whole Cake Island.

Whole Cake Island is located between the south and southwest of Rovo Island in the Second Sea.

The island comes with several different activities, NPCs, shops, spawn points, and a large tower that acts as one of the main pieces of content for the update.

There are also some textures on the island and Mirror World that are not fully visible yet because they are waiting for Roblox’s emissive maps feature to go live.

Whole Cake Tower

One of the main features on Whole Cake Island is the new in-server tower raid.

The tower has a total of five floors, and the main NPCs on the island are currently accessed through this system.

Out of the five floors, three are minigames or puzzles, so you won’t simply be fighting your way through every floor.

There is also a title reward system. Every floor you successfully solo grants you a title.

Once you clear all five floors, the mirror to the Mirror Room opens.

You will see a visual indicator showing where to go, along with a zipline that leads toward the Mirror Room.

Enter the Mirror Room and go through the red mirror to be teleported into the Mirror World.

This is where you will find the Mochi Emperor.

Mirror World

The Mirror World becomes available after completing the Whole Cake Tower.

This area is important because you need to clear the Mirror World before you can attempt the Whole Cake Tower again.

After clearing the Mirror World, there is a five-minute wait before the tower doors reopen.

This cooldown also gives you some time to take part in other activities on the island, such as the marshmallow minigame.

Marshmallow Minigame

Whole Cake Island also has a new marshmallow minigame that gives players a chance to earn rewards.

To participate, collect marshmallows from the chocolate river and stack them on top of the chocolate fountain.

Once enough marshmallows have been stacked, Big Mama eats the entire stack.

After that, everyone who participated gets to choose a reward.

However, there is a 15-minute global cooldown.

This means you cannot simply server hop to bypass the cooldown.

There are also a few requirements you need to follow if you want to receive rewards.

  • PvP pads must be turned off.
  • Cooldowns must be turned on.
  • You need to participate in the activity.
  • Each server has a random stack requirement.

Marshmallow Rewards

Possible rewards include:

  • 15 minutes of 2x Drop Rates
  • 15 minutes of 2x EXP
  • 1% chance for Big Mom to offer a random Devil Fruit

So, if you’re on Whole Cake Island and see players working on the marshmallow stack, it’s worth joining in.

Capture the Flag

Whole Cake Island also has a large open area featuring a Capture the Flag activity.

This area comes with a 1.75x bonus Infamy multiplier, making it another activity worth checking out if you’re working on your Infamy.

Whole Cake Island Locations

The island has several important locations and spawn points, including:

  • Docks
  • Fishing Spot
  • Cafe
  • Colosseum
  • Whole Cake Tower

There are also three spawn points around the island.

New Civilian Outfits

Whole Cake Island comes with four new cosmetic civilian outfits.

These outfits are obtained from quest givers located around the island and inside the tower.

However, not every quest rewards the outfit associated with it.

Make sure you check the reward information on the left side before completing quests if you’re specifically trying to collect the outfits.

New Fruits

Part 1 of the Whole Cake update also introduces new Devil Fruits.

Dragon Fruit

The Dragon Fruit is a new Mythical fruit.

Both the full Dragon form and half Dragon form can be customized at the Custom Tailor.

You need Custom Tailor Tokens to customize the forms.

These tokens can be obtained from the Robux Shop or from the Traveling Merchant.

A new Dragon weapon, the Mace, is also planned for a future part of the Whole Cake update, but it is not available yet.

Soul Fruit

The update also adds the Soul Fruit, another Mythical fruit.

With these additions, there are now a total of eight Mythical Fruits in Grand Piece Online.

When opening a Mythical Fruit Chest, the chance of getting one of these new fruits is:

  • 25% chance for either Dragon or Soul
  • 12.50% chance for an individual fruit

New Weapons

Several new weapons have also been added.

Helix Skewer

The Helix Skewer is a new Legendary weapon.

It can be obtained from the new Juice Empress mini-boss.

Mochi Trident

The Mochi Trident is another new Legendary weapon.

Having the Mochi Fruit increases the range of its throw skill and allows the Impale skill to hit multiple targets.

It also slightly changes the weapon’s visual effects.

Soul Cleaver

The Soul Cleaver is a new Mythical weapon.

Its final two skills are locked behind the Soul Fruit, meaning you need Soul to access those abilities.

New Bosses

The Whole Cake update adds two major bosses.

Big Mama

Big Mama is located inside the Whole Cake Tower.

Defeating her gives you a chance to obtain several new cosmetics and the Soul Cleaver.

Her drops include:

  • Big Mama’s Outfit – Female: 4%
  • Big Mama’s Outfit – Male: 4%
  • Big Mama’s Hat: 4%
  • Big Mama’s Cape: 4%
  • Soul Cleaver: 0.1%

The male and female outfits have different stats, giving players some additional build variety.

Mochi Emperor

The Mochi Emperor is located in the Mirror World.

The Mirror World becomes accessible after defeating Big Mama and opening the route through the tower.

The Mochi Emperor drops:

  • Mochi Emperor’s Outfit: 4%
  • Mochi Emperor’s Scarf: 4%
  • Mochi Trident: 1%

You need to clear the Mirror World before you can attempt the Whole Cake Tower again.

New Mini-Boss: Juice Empress

The update also adds a new mini-boss called Juice Empress.

She is located inside the Whole Cake Tower.

Her possible drops are:

  • Juice Empress’s Cape: 6%
  • Juice Empress’s Helmet: 6%
  • Juice Empress’s Outfit: 3%
  • Helix Skewer: 2%

If you’re trying to collect the new cosmetics or want the Helix Skewer, you’ll want to farm this mini-boss.

New Traveling Merchant Theme

The Traveling Merchant now has a new Iceborn-themed accessory shop.

All of these accessories are cosmetic items.

There is a 5% chance for the Traveling Merchant shop to receive the Iceborn theme.

The theme is limited time and is scheduled to last until January 31, 2026.

The new accessories include:

  • Iceborn Wings
  • Iceborn Headband
  • Iceborn Necklace

Santa Reactivation

Santa is back again for the Christmas season.

This year, Santa’s drop pool includes all of the Iceborn weapons.

Some of the available items include:

  • Holly Jolly Coat
  • Holly Jolly Female Outfit
  • Holly Jolly Male Outfit
  • Frosty Festive Dress
  • Festive Merry Dress
  • Festive Merry Dress Beanie
  • Peppermint Buttons Dress
  • Peppermint Buttons Outfit
  • Peppermint Scarf
  • Iceborn Daggers
  • Iceborn Rapier
  • Iceborn Gunblade
  • Iceborn Katana
  • Iceborn Blade
  • Santa’s Bells
  • Gift Explosion
  • Frostspire Hood
  • Race Reroll
  • Dark Root
  • SP Reset Essence
  • Iceborn Candy Cane

There are also prestige-tier rarity rates, unique VFX, and unique SFX planned.

Battle Royale Changes

The update also makes several changes to Battle Royale.

A new map has been added to the Battle Royale map pool.

There is also a new Claim All button, making it easier to collect multiple available rewards.

New DBZ-Themed Battle Pass

A new DBZ-themed Battle Pass has also been added.

There is a new capsule associated with the Battle Pass that will eventually give players the Sickle of Sorrow when it is ready and released.

The capsule system is similar to the old Christmas presents and Elo Eggs systems.

New Hover Pod

A new hover pod has also been added.

The hover pod essentially works like a ship and allows you to travel around while flying above the ground.

On keyboard, you can:

  • Hold Q to go down
  • Hold E to go up

Mobile controls work slightly differently.

New All Seeing Holly

A new All Seeing Holly has been added along with an ASE skin.

This gives players another cosmetic option to collect during the update.

Custom Tailor Changes

The Custom Tailor has received some improvements as well.

A new view model scale option has been added, giving you more control over how your character and cosmetics appear.

Ash the Tailor has also received new voice lines.

Blacksmith Sen has received new voice lines as well.

Fishing Changes

The cost of Common Fish Bait has been increased to:

100 Peli

There is also a new level requirement related to fishing Devil Fruits.

You now need to be at least Level 375 to fish up Devil Fruits.

The Devil Fruit Rod bypasses this requirement.

Impel Down Changes

Impel Down has received several adjustments.

The maximum number of Impel Points is now capped at:

500,000

If you had more than 500,000 points before the update, your total was automatically reduced to the new cap.

Mythical Fruit Chests now cost around 250,000 points, depending on the difficulty you clear.

The chance of Mythical or Legendary chests appearing in the shop also increases based on difficulty.

Impel Down Chest Chances

The current chances are:

  • Normal: 1.5%
  • Hard: 2.5%
  • Nightmare: 4%

Legendary Chests have also been adjusted to cost:

175,000 Impel Points

A maximum stock has also been added to all items in the Impel Shop.

The stock is shared between everyone in your party and refreshes based on the in-game timer.

New Level Requirements for Fruit Chests

There is now a Level 375 requirement to purchase Mythical and Legendary Fruit Chests from the Traveling Merchant.

This works alongside the new fishing requirement, which also requires Level 375 for Devil Fruit fishing unless you use the Devil Fruit Rod.

New Winter Grip Effects

Three new Winter-themed grip effects have been added.

These effects can be rolled at the Trade Hub using Peli.

This gives you another way to customize your character and make your grips look different.

NPC Changes

NPCs with 500 or more maximum health are now a little smarter with their M1 attacks.

This change also applies to Dullahan Skeletons.

The update also fixes several issues, including visual problems with the fruit rolling UI on extremely wide monitors and a ping spike issue.

Fruit Balance Changes

Several fruits have received balance adjustments in Part 1.

Tori

Tori now has a carry ability similar to Pteranodon.

However, it only works on party members.

Ope

Radio Knife has received two changes:

  • Size increased by 30%
  • Startup reduced by 20%

Paw

Paw has received several buffs:

  • Paw Barrage duration increased by 50%
  • Paw Barrage startup reduced by 30%
  • Paw Bomb stun increased by 20%
  • Paw Bomb full-size charge duration reduced by 20%
  • Super Armor restored on Paw Cannon

Dragon

Dragon received a number of changes and improvements.

  • Hellfire Ring startup reduced by 30%
  • Hellfire Ring size increased by 20%
  • Draconic Warcry startup reduced by 20%
  • Last hit of Draconic Warcry now block breaks
  • Hellfire Ray block breaks after holding it for 3 seconds
  • Hellfire Blast Breath scaling increased by 30%
  • Tail Slam now block breaks
  • Tail Slam applies Grounding, preventing Geppo or dashing
  • Draconic Thunderfall summons more strikes the longer you hold it
  • Draconic Thunderfall gains Hyper Armor after its startup animation

Hybrid Mode has also been changed.

It now provides additional movement speed and increases your character’s size.

While Hybrid Mode is active, activating Thunderclad Veil and landing five M1 attacks on a target will cause lightning to strike them after a short delay.

Soul

Soul has also received some changes.

  • Bon-Bon Fireball gravity drop reduced
  • Bon-Bon Bomb gravity drop reduced
  • Soul Rage requirement reduced to 100 Souls
  • Soul Summoning moved to Y
  • Soul Swap moved to E

The keybind changes may be particularly important for mobile players, so keep that in mind when using Soul.

Weapon Balance Changes

A couple of weapons have also been adjusted.

Cupid’s Bow

Cupid’s Bow received reductions to its scaling:

  • Cupid Burst scaling reduced by 50%
  • Cupid’s Rain scaling reduced by 30%

Neptune Trident

Neptune Trident’s Trident Pull base cooldown has been increased.

It went from:

8 seconds → 15 seconds

What to Focus on in the Whole Cake Update

If you’re jumping into GPO after the update and aren’t sure what to do first, I would start by exploring Whole Cake Island.

The island has a lot of content packed into it, so you can work through the tower, complete the minigames and puzzles, fight Big Mama, unlock the Mirror World, and then take on Mochi Emperor.

At the same time, keep an eye out for the new weapons and cosmetics. The Soul Cleaver, Mochi Trident, Helix Skewer, and the various boss outfits give you plenty of reasons to farm the new bosses.

The marshmallow minigame is also worth checking whenever it is available, especially because of the possible 2x Drop Rate, 2x EXP, and rare Devil Fruit rewards.

The Whole Cake Part 1 Update adds a huge amount of new content to Grand Piece Online. We have a new island, a five-floor tower, the Mirror World, new Mythical Fruits, new weapons, new bosses, a mini-boss, cosmetics, Battle Royale changes, Christmas content, and plenty of balance adjustments.

The main thing I would focus on first is getting familiar with Whole Cake Island and its tower. Once you understand how the tower and Mirror World work, you can start farming Big Mama and Mochi Emperor for their new drops.

There is also much more coming in Whole Cake Part 2, so this is only the beginning of the new Whole Cake content. Keep your eyes open for the next part of the update and the additional content it brings.
