When you find them, simply step onto the bubbles and wait.
Use the Bubbles to Reach the Secret Location
After you get onto the bubbles, you don’t need to do much. Just wait for them to carry you toward the secret location.
The bubbles will eventually take you away from the normal Underwater City area and bring you to the hidden section.
Once you arrive, you can start working on the objective.
Collect the Chest
When you reach the secret location, look for the chest.
Go ahead and collect the chest to progress through the secret.
After collecting it, you’ll also need to deal with the enemies in the area.
Defeat the Enemies
Once you’ve collected the chest, start fighting the enemies around the secret location.
Defeat the enemies to finish the objective. There isn’t anything particularly complicated here—just clear out the enemies and make sure you’ve completed the required part of the secret.
Once they’re defeated, you’ve essentially finished the secret.
Return to Underwater City
After completing the objective at the secret location, make your way back to Underwater City.
You need to return to the city to claim your quest and finish the secret properly.
So don’t leave the area without returning to the quest location after defeating the enemies.
