Steal An Egg challenges players in a competitive Roblox tycoon setting where the goal is to train characters, navigate perilous biomes, steal precious Eggs, and return them to a safe base. With a total of 114 Pets to collect, players can significantly boost their income for upgrades through strategic gameplay. This game combines adventure with resource management, making it a compelling experience.

Before diving into the action, understanding the game dynamics is crucial. Players will encounter numerous challenges when stealing Eggs, and it’s essential to prepare adequately to make the most of the experience.

Explore the essential mechanics and strategies of Steal An Egg to enhance your gameplay experience.

At its core, the game revolves around the straightforward objective of stealing Eggs from diverse biomes and safely returning them to your Pen or base . Players can collect Eggs scattered across the map by pressing E to pick them up.

Once an Egg is safely brought back to your base, players can place it in a pen and wait for it to hatch. The game’s environment features a narrow map filled with various biomes, with each containing a guardian tasked with protecting their Eggs from players.

Once you successfully bring an Egg back to your safe zone, you can place it at your base and wait for it to hatch. The game takes place across a narrow map containing multiple biomes. Each biome has a guardian that prevents players from stealing their beloved Eggs.

Steal An Egg has a total of 12 biomes , each requiring different speed levels to access: Biome Speed Requirement Forest No minimum speed requirement Lake 900 speed Desert 10K speed Jungle 40K speed Snow 170K speed Volcano 700K speed Abyss Ocean 2.5 million speed Prehistoric 17 million speed Cosmic 700 million speed Cherry Blossom 2.5 billion speed Titan Temple 7 billion speed Angel/Demon 20 billion speed Enchanted Forest 50 billion speed

There are currently 12 biomes in Steal An Egg:

Entering a biome without the required speed may lead to being caught by its guardian, which can result in being thrown back and dropping any Egg in possession.

Note that entering a biome without meeting its recommended speed isn’t recommended since its guardian can catch you and fling you away. Besides, any Egg you were carrying will also be dropped.

The Treadmill is essential for speed training (Image via Roblox)

Increasing speed is vital, as it permits exploration of riskier areas. Training on the treadmill at your base is the main method for boosting speed.

The treadmill can be upgraded to provide extra training efficiency, allowing players to speed up their growth. While your base can be enhanced through its upgrade system, this doesn’t directly affect speed but rather increases the capacity for storing Pets.

Many players find tedium in long training sessions; however, the treadmill comes with a built-in Reels feature. This allows players to watch short videos while training, making the experience more engaging and less monotonous.

Collecting and hatching Eggs is the primary goal (Image via Roblox)

Eggs are central to the game; players can find them scattered throughout various biomes, picking them up and transporting them back to their safe zones.

Importantly, rare Eggs are not limited to the highest-level biomes. A valuable or Secret Egg might spawn in lower-tier areas, instigating fierce competition among players rushing to secure it.

Egg spawns don’t last indefinitely; they reset every five minutes, with the map closing for 13 seconds between cycles. Keeping track of this timing can be crucial when hunting for specific rare Eggs.

Once an Egg reaches your base, you can place it on your pen and wait for it to hatch. Different eggs have different hatch times, with some rare eggs taking hours to hatch. Sizes and mutations can also affect how long an egg takes to hatch.

Within every biome, a guardian protects its Eggs, acting as a deterrent for underprepared players. If caught, players may experience a ragdoll effect and drop their Eggs, creating opportunities for other players to snatch them up.

Furthermore, baseball bats empower players to disrupt competitors. If another player is carrying an Egg, a well-aimed hit with a bat can send them flying, presenting a chance to take the Egg for oneself.

A tactic players can employ is to set down bear traps. When activated, a bear trap detains other players for five seconds , making them drop their Eggs and allowing others to claim the loot.

Equipping Trails offers players cosmetic flair and a speed enhancement, leaving an animated effect as they move. A dedicated Shop enables players to acquire various Trails, enhancing both style and function.

Currently, the game features 12 Trails of varying rarities, from Common to Divine. Effectively leveraging these Trails can significantly assist players in navigating the game.

Getting caught while carrying an Egg also causes you to drop the egg, giving other players a chance to steal it. This makes speed especially important once you move beyond the Forest.

Baseball bats

Steal An Egg also gives players baseball bats that can be used to interfere with other players. For example, if another player is carrying an Egg you wish to have, you can hit them with your bat to trigger a ragdoll effect and fling the player away.

This can make the difference between successfully stealing an Egg and losing it to another player.

Bear traps

Bear traps are another way to stop other players from escaping with valuable Eggs. You can place a bear trap on the ground. If another player walks over it, they become trapped for five seconds. The trapped player will also drop the Egg they were carrying. You can then pick up the dropped item and escape.

Bear traps can therefore be particularly useful around areas where players frequently fight over rare eggs.

Trails

Trails are both cosmetic items and useful upgrades. When you move around with a Trail equipped, it leaves an animated effect behind your character. Besides aesthetics, it also provides a speed boost. There is a dedicated Shop where you can purchase them,

There are currently 12 Trails in this title, ranging from Common to Divine rarity. Because speed determines which biomes you can access, Trails can really be useful if used correctly.

Pets generated from hatching Eggs play a crucial role in how players progress in Steal An Egg . After hatching, these Pets can be placed in a base to generate income over time.

The income generated by each pet varies and depends on factors like size and mutations. Thus, acquiring pets with advantageous traits leads to better earnings for your base.

If a player receives a pet they have no use for, they can opt to sell it at the Sell Shop for currency or trade with others for potentially more useful items.

To maintain interest in gameplay, answering common player queries can be helpful.

You can boost your speed by training on the Treadmill situated at your base, with upgrades improving training efficiency.

Eggs reset every five minutes followed by a 13-second closure of the map until the next cycle.

Trails are both cosmetic and functional, providing an animated visual effect while boosting your speed .

How do you increase speed in Steal An Egg?

You can increase your speed by training on the Treadmill at your base. Upgrading the Treadmill also improves your training efficiency.
