If you’ve started using the Crafting Machine in Slime RNG, you probably noticed pretty quickly that half the recipes are hidden around the map instead of being unlocked automatically. And honestly, some of them are surprisingly easy to miss.
A few are sitting behind objects, some are hidden inside structures, and one of them even got moved in a recent update which confused a lot of players. So if you’re trying to unlock every craftable slime without wandering through every zone for an hour, here’s the full recipe location guide.
I also included what each recipe crafts so you know which ones are actually worth grabbing first.
Cave Recipe Location (Crafty Slime)
Crafts:
- Crafty Slime
- Mythical rarity
Required Materials:
- Listed in-game after unlocking
Location:
- World 6: Cave
Once you enter the Cave world, head toward the right side of the area near the vines.
The recipe is hidden beside the wall near the vine section. If you already collected it, it obviously won’t appear anymore.
This one is pretty easy compared to the later recipes.
Jungle Recipe Location (Thorn Slime)
Crafts:
- Thorn
- Divine rarity
Required Materials:
- Orbit
- Icy
- Stump
Location:
- World 8: Jungle
Go to the Jungle area and move toward the far-right border of the map.
You’ll find the recipe slightly hidden along the edge sticking out from the terrain.
A lot of players run straight past this one because it blends into the jungle wall.
Mushroom Forest Recipe Location (Geode Slime)
Crafts:
- Geode
- Prismatic rarity
- Around 1 in 3.11 Million
Required Materials:
- Ninja
- Guest
- Aegis
Location:
- Mushroom Forest
Head over to the large red mushroom in the zone.
The recipe is actually hidden inside the mushroom area, sitting near the white stalk section underneath.
You’ll need to jump up slightly to reach it.
Honestly one of the cooler hidden recipe spots in the game.
Redwood Forest Recipe Location (Slime Slime)
Crafts:
- Slime Slime
- Ethereal rarity
Required Materials:
- Multiple Slime Slimes
Location:
- Zone 12: Redwood Forest
Go toward the top-right side of the map near the large log.
The recipe is hidden inside the log area.
It’s pretty noticeable once you reach the correct spot, but many players search the middle of the map instead.
Candy World Recipe Location (Puffy)
Crafts:
- Puffy
- Ethereal rarity
- Around 1 in 195 Million
Required Materials:
- Unicorn
- Petal
- Derpy
Location:
- Candy Area
Move toward the right side near the red candy structure.
The recipe is hidden directly behind it.
This one is easy to miss because the object blocks the view almost completely unless you walk behind it.
Atlantis Recipe Location (Astro)
Crafts:
- Astro
- Secret rarity
- Around 1 in 2.47 Billion
Required Materials:
- UFO
- Black Hole
- Bomber
Location:
- Zone 18: Atlantis
This recipe apparently got moved in a newer update.
Originally, players found it on top of an archway, but now most people report it spawning:
- Behind the Atlantis building structure
So if you check the old archway location and don’t see anything, head behind the building instead.
This confused a lot of players after the update.
Crystal Cavern Recipe Location (Sunny)
Crafts:
- Celestial Sunny
Required Materials:
- Pumpkin
- Ouchie
- Ember
Location:
- Crystal Cavern
The video creator accidentally mixed this location up with Atlantis for a moment, but the Sunny recipe should be tied to Crystal Cavern.
If you’re missing only one recipe, this is probably the one.
Graveyard Recipe Location (Final Recipe)
Location:
- Zone 21: Graveyard
This is probably the hardest recipe to find.
Head toward the gravestone on the right side of the area.
You can actually drop down slightly into the gravestone section where the recipe is hidden.
Required Materials Mentioned:
- Monkey
- Waxy
- One unknown slime
The creator didn’t have all the materials yet, so the final crafted slime wasn’t confirmed in the video.
Full Recipe Location
Here’s the quick version if you just want the zones:

| Thorn | Jungle (World 8) |
| Geode | Mushroom Forest |
| Slime Slime | Redwood Forest |
| Puffy | Candy Area |

| Secret Final Recipe | Graveyard (Zone 21) |
Which Recipes Are Worth Getting First?
If you’re still early progression, I’d focus on:
- Thorn
- Geode
- Puffy
Those give some of the best value early for progression and collection strength.
Astro is obviously amazing too, but the materials are much harder to obtain.
The crafting system in Slime RNG is honestly way more interesting than most Roblox RNG games because it actually rewards exploration instead of pure AFK rolling.
That said, some of these recipe locations are hidden in really awkward spots, especially the newer Atlantis placement and the Graveyard one.
If you’re trying to 100% the crafting collection, it’s worth grabbing every recipe immediately even if you can’t craft the slime yet. Later on, you’ll thank yourself when you finally roll the missing materials instead of needing to backtrack across every world again.
