If you’re exploring Storage Hunters Open World and want to complete more quests, the Forecourt Cleanup mission is one of the easier side missions you can take on. The only tricky part is finding the NPC that starts the quest, since it’s easy to drive right past him if you don’t know where to look.
Once you’ve accepted the mission, you’ll need to collect a handful of automotive items scattered throughout the world. Here’s everything you need to know to start and complete the Forecourt Cleanup mission.
How to Start Forecourt Cleanup Mission in Storage Hunters
The quest begins at the Gas Station.
If you’re currently near the Lake area, getting there is simple.
Drive onto the main road and continue following it until you spot a dirt path leading through the grassy area. Follow that path, and you’ll eventually arrive at the Gas Station.
Once you’re there, don’t head straight inside the building. Instead, walk around the outside corner of the station.
You’ll find an NPC wearing a green shirt with a large red exclamation mark floating above his head. This is the character who gives the Forecourt Cleanup mission.
How to Accept the Quest
After locating the NPC, walk close enough for the interaction prompt to appear.
Here’s what to do next:
- Interact with the NPC.
- Select Talk.
- Choose the dialogue option “I’ll Help.”
After confirming your choice, the Forecourt Cleanup mission will be added to your active quests, and you can begin collecting the required items.
Forecourt Cleanup Mission Requirements
To complete the quest, you’ll need to gather the following items:
- 5 Petrol Containers
- 5 Used Tires
- 2 Car Wheels
- 1 Car Keys
Every item is required to finish the mission, so make sure you’ve collected the full list before returning. Even if you’re only missing one item, the quest won’t be completed.
Tips for Completing the Mission Faster
Although the mission itself isn’t difficult, a little planning can save you plenty of time.
- Accept the quest before you start searching for items.
- Keep track of how many of each item you’ve already collected.
- Double-check your inventory before heading back to the NPC.
- If you come across automotive items while exploring, consider picking them up if your inventory has room—they may be useful for current or future quests.
The biggest time loss usually comes from forgetting a single item and having to drive back out to search for it again.
