How to Reroll Resurrection, Shikai, and Schrift
The reroll system for Resurrection, Shikai, and Schrift is handled through Ability Tokens.
These special items allow players to generate a new ability while keeping some flexibility during the process.
Using Ability Tokens
Once you’ve obtained an Ability Token:
- Open the ability reroll menu.
- Select the ability you want to reroll.
- Use the Ability Token.
- Generate a new ability.
One of the best parts of this system is that you’re not forced to immediately accept the new result.
After rerolling, you’ll typically be given two choices:
- Keep your current ability.
- Switch to the newly generated ability.
This safety feature makes rerolling much less risky since you don’t automatically lose a powerful Resurrection, Shikai, or Schrift.
When Should You Reroll?
You should consider rerolling if:
- Your current ability doesn’t match your build.
- You’re chasing a higher-tier ability.

How to Reroll Your Weapon
Weapon rerolling works differently from ability rerolls.
Instead of Ability Tokens, you’ll need a special item known as the Experimental Hogyoku Shard.

Using an Experimental Hogyoku Shard will trigger a weapon reroll and grant a completely new random weapon.
To reroll your weapon:
- Obtain an Experimental Hogyoku Shard.
- Use the item.
- Confirm the reroll.
- Receive a randomly generated weapon.
Important Exception
Players belonging to the Lost Lobos clan cannot reroll their weapon using this system.
If you’re part of Lost Lobos, your weapon options are restricted, and the Experimental Hogyoku Shard won’t function for weapon rerolls.
For all other clans, this remains the primary method for obtaining a different weapon.
How to Reroll Your Clan
Clan rerolls are handled outside the main game world.
Unlike abilities and weapons, you’ll need to access the character management system from the menu.
Clan Reroll Steps
Follow these steps:
- Return to the main menu.
- Open the Character Selection screen.
- Select the character slot you want to edit.
- Enter the customization section.
- Purchase and use a Clan Reroll.
Once used, your current clan will be replaced with a new randomly selected clan.
