If you have been grinding All Star Tower Defense X, you already know some units are locked behind more than just luck. Vegito and Super Buu fall into that category. You cannot just summon them and move on. You actually have to go through raids, progression, and a bit of RNG before they finally drop.

The good news is that the process is simple once you understand how it works. The bad news is that you will probably need to repeat it a few times.

Where to Start Raid System Explained

Both Vegito and Super Buu are locked behind the Raid system, which you can find inside the Challenges area.

When you first enter raids, do not expect to jump straight into the good rewards. The game forces you to progress through the arcs step by step. That means:

  • You must clear Arc 1 first
  • Then unlock higher arcs like Arc 2 and Arc 3

There is no shortcut here, so focus on clearing the early stages efficiently.

How To Get Super Buu

Super Buu is the first target and is much easier to obtain compared to Vegito.

Once you are inside the raid system, you need to farm Arc 1. This is the entry-level raid and is considered relatively easy if your team is decent.

After completing runs, you have a 10 percent drop chance to get Super Buu.

This means you might get him early, or you might need multiple runs. It depends entirely on your luck.

One more thing to keep in mind is that you will also need Ghost Tokens. These are required for evolving characters, so do not ignore them while farming.

How To Get Vegito (Veguko)

Vegito is where things get more serious.

You cannot get him from early raids. Instead, you need to progress all the way to Arc 3. Only after unlocking this arc will Vegito become available as a possible reward.

The process looks like this:

  • Clear Arc 1
  • Progress through the raid system
  • Unlock Arc 3
  • Farm Arc 3 repeatedly

Just like Buu, Vegito is also tied to RNG drops. So even after reaching Arc 3, you may need several runs before he finally drops.

Important Farming Tips

Grinding raids can get repetitive, so doing it efficiently makes a huge difference.

First, always bring a strong team. Even though Arc 1 is easy, later arcs will punish weak setups. If possible, play with friends or a coordinated team to speed things up.

Second, do not ignore resources. While chasing units, you should also collect Ghost Tokens and other materials. This saves time later when you want to upgrade or evolve your units.

Lastly, be patient. A 10 percent drop rate sounds decent, but RNG can still be unpredictable. Some players get lucky early, others need multiple runs.

Getting Vegito and Super Buu in ASTD X is not about luck alone. It is about understanding the raid system, progressing through arcs, and committing to the grind.

Once you get into the rhythm of farming raids, the process becomes much smoother. And when that drop finally hits, it actually feels earned.

If you are serious about improving your roster, this is definitely one grind you should not skip.
