If you are jumping into Anime Paradox at launch and already feeling that trait reroll pressure, you are not alone. Eternal sits at a brutal 0.1% chance, and burning rerolls without a plan is the fastest way to stall your account early. The good news is that the game actually throws a surprising number of rerolls at you if you know where to look and which modes are worth your time.

This guide breaks down every reliable reroll source, which ones matter early, and where most players end up wasting time without realizing it.

Understanding Why Eternal Matters So Much

In Anime Paradox, traits are not a minor bonus. Eternal is a massive power spike that can carry weaker units far deeper into story, infinite, and endgame modes than they deserve to go. Because the drop rate is so low, your real goal is not “get lucky,” but instead to stack rerolls consistently so luck has more chances to work in your favor.

That means progression efficiency matters more than raw grinding.

Early Rerolls

Milestones are the most overlooked reroll source, especially by players rushing story without checking the left side of the screen. Every story map, from early areas like Hidden Village all the way through Planet Namek and later worlds, comes with achievement-style rewards.

Completing acts on Nightmare difficulty gives rerolls per act, and while two rerolls at a time does not sound impressive, it stacks fast when you clear multiple maps. Infinite mode milestones matter even more. Hitting Wave 25 and Wave 50 on different maps awards chunks like 10 or 15 rerolls at once, and these are much easier than they sound if your placement fundamentals are solid.

The only milestones that feel genuinely demanding are raid-related objectives and the higher-end Siege-style challenges, but those are not meant for day-one accounts anyway.

Battle Pass

The battle pass is one of the few paid options that actually makes sense if you plan on playing consistently. It is inexpensive, doubles rewards across the board, and quietly feeds you rerolls alongside gems and shiny units.

This is not about pay-to-win power spikes. It is about reroll volume over time. If you are already clearing content daily, the battle pass turns normal progression into noticeably faster Eternal attempts without forcing you into repetitive grinding loops.

Quests and Challenges

Weekly quests currently give a small number of rerolls, and yes, it feels underwhelming on paper. One reroll will never carry you, but skipping these adds up in the worst way possible over weeks of play.

Daily and weekly challenges are more important. Daily challenges give free rerolls and EVO essence, while weekly challenges drop a much larger payout, around 20 rerolls at once. These are some of the easiest rerolls in the entire game because they reset automatically and do not require deep progression.

The players who consistently hit Eternal early are usually the ones who never skip these, even when the reward feels minor.

Level Milestones

Level-based rewards quietly become one of the strongest long-term reroll sources. As you level up, the reroll count per milestone increases steadily. Early levels give small amounts, but once you hit the mid-game range, the rewards jump significantly.

By the time you are pushing toward level 100 and beyond, single milestones can hand out double-digit rerolls, with the highest tiers offering massive payouts. This is why casual grinding, macro farming, or simply playing consistently pays off more than people expect.

You are farming rerolls even when you are not thinking about rerolls.

Raids

Raids are one of the first modes that feel truly endgame, but the reroll payoff is real. The raid shop allows you to buy up to 100 trait rerolls, which is enormous compared to most other sources.

The only catch is the cooldown. Whether it resets daily or over multiple days, it is still one of the most efficient reroll sources per minute of effort. Even on longer reset timers, 100 rerolls per cycle is absolutely worth building toward.

If you can clear raids reliably, they should always be part of your weekly routine.

Siege Mode

Siege mode is where reroll farming turns from steady to explosive. The shop also offers up to 100 rerolls, but the key difference is how the currency scales. Siege rewards increase over time, often doubling every few minutes, which means longer runs snowball hard.

Early minutes feel slow. Then suddenly you are buying out the entire shop without realizing how fast it happened. Siege also tends to run on longer reset timers, usually around a week, but the payout justifies the wait.

If your account can survive long Siege runs, this mode becomes your primary Eternal hunting engine.

Daily Login Rewards

Daily login rewards are easy to forget and easy to regret missing. While early days offer small amounts, later milestones hand out large reroll chunks, including 35 rerolls around the day 30 mark.

This is free value for doing nothing except logging in. Skipping these delays your Eternal attempts more than people realize.
