Summer Update 4 Codes
Several redeem codes were released alongside the update.
Together, these codes provide approximately 2,500 free tickets, making them extremely valuable for both new and returning players.
Since tickets are regularly used for premium shop purchases, redeeming every available code should be one of the first things you do after updating.
What Can You Buy With Free Tickets?
The Summer Shop contains multiple limited-time rewards that can all be purchased using tickets earned from codes and events.
Current shop items include:
- Limited Pet
- Divine Pet Potion
- Summer Mount
- Limited Accessory
- Summer Potions
Because tickets are distributed generously during major updates, many players will be able to claim several of these rewards without spending premium currency.
Are Summer Potions Worth Using?
One of the biggest surprises in the update is the new Summer Potion.
Rather than providing a small temporary bonus, the potion grants 25% additional damage, making it one of the strongest consumables currently available.
Unlike several limited items, Summer Potions can also be purchased multiple times, allowing players to stock up for difficult content such as World Bosses or Beach Defense.
If you’re deciding where to spend extra tickets, Summer Potions are one of the better long-term investments.
Are the New Pets Better Than Existing Pets?
Summer Update 4 introduces several new pets, including Alice and Rias.
While both provide respectable stats, they don’t automatically replace every existing companion.
Alice performs better than a standard Asta, but still falls behind a fully upgraded Shiny Asta.
Rias also competes well against several older pets, although some of the strongest end-game companions continue to outperform it.
For newer players, both pets are worthwhile upgrades. However, players already using multiple Shiny Asta pets or other top-tier companions may not see a significant improvement.
Is the New Summer Mount Worth Getting?
The new Coconut Mount provides:
- +4 Luck
Luck is always valuable when farming drops and progression materials, making the mount a solid pickup for players looking to improve overall farming efficiency.
Should You Equip the New Summer Accessory?
The Summer Shop also introduces a brand-new accessory.
With approximately 4.25 stats, it outperforms older accessories such as the Asta Wings, making it a worthwhile upgrade for players still using previous equipment.
If you’re spending tickets on only one equipment upgrade, this accessory is among the strongest choices available.
What Is New in World 8?
World 8 adds much more than another farming area.
New features found inside World 8 include:
- New Egg Banner
- New Crafting NPC
- New Sword Banner
- Beach Defense
- Battle Pass
- Common Coin Shop
- New Questline
Before spending large amounts of currency on the new egg banner, make sure to configure the Auto Summon filters correctly by disabling unwanted rarities and shiny pulls if you aren’t specifically farming them. Doing so saves a significant amount of currency over long farming sessions.
How Does the New Sword System Work?
World 8 introduces another Sword Banner featuring its own progression path.
The system includes:
- 50% upgrade success chance
- Maximum Sword Level of 15
- Power bonuses
- Yen bonuses
Unlike previous swords, this banner also contains a Divine Sword, giving players another high-end progression goal while farming World 8.
How Does Beach Defense Work?
Beach Defense functions similarly to previous defense-style game modes.
Players use a key to enter the event before defending against increasingly difficult enemy waves.
The mode also includes its own achievement system.
Reaching milestone waves rewards permanent progression bonuses, making repeated clears worthwhile even if you aren’t farming for event rewards.
Beach Defense is also one of the primary sources for obtaining materials related to the new sword system.
Where Is the Best Farming Spot in World 8?
One of the most efficient farming locations is the area surrounding the Heartcliff boss.
Because normal enemies and the boss are positioned close together, players with enough damage can eliminate multiple targets without constantly moving around the map.
This setup makes it possible to farm:
- Quest progress
- Enemy drops
- Summer Coins
- Boss rewards
from a single location, significantly improving overall farming efficiency.
For players capable of defeating enemies quickly, this is currently one of the strongest grinding spots introduced in Summer Update 4.
How Do You Enter Beach Defense?
Beach Defense requires a Key before it can be started.
Keys are obtained through farming enemies in World 8.
The drop rate isn’t particularly high, so expect to spend some time defeating enemies before obtaining one.
Once a key drops, interact with the Beach Defense entrance to begin the event.
Beach Defense Rewards
In addition to standard rewards, Beach Defense also contributes toward new achievements.
Progressing through the waves unlocks permanent bonuses, including additional power, making the mode worth farming even if you’re primarily focused on account progression instead of cosmetic rewards.
Summer Update 4 Progression Tips
If you’re just starting the update, the most efficient progression route is:
- Redeem every available code.
- Purchase the strongest Summer Shop rewards using free tickets.
- Equip the new Summer Accessory and Coconut Mount.
- Begin the World 8 questline.
- Farm enemies around the Heartcliff boss for coins, quests, and key drops.
- Enter Beach Defense whenever you obtain a key.
- Upgrade the new Sword Banner while progressing through World 8.
Following this order allows you to unlock most of the update’s important systems while maximizing your farming efficiency.
Summer Update 4 adds a substantial amount of progression content to Anime Astral. Between World 8, Beach Defense, the new Sword Banner, additional battle passes, stronger accessories, and several free rewards through redeem codes, there’s plenty for both new and end-game players to work toward.
For the fastest progression, prioritize redeeming the update codes, upgrade your equipment with the new shop rewards, and focus your farming around the Heartcliff area until you’re strong enough to consistently clear Beach Defense and the rest of World 8’s content.
