Volleyball Legends Update 90 is now live, and this update brings back Jinko along with a brand-new Mastery system, a Skeleton Bundle, a huge slot rework, a 2x Luck event, free Lucky Spins, and new codes.
In this guide, I will go through everything added in Update 90, including all Jinko Mastery rewards, the Skeleton Bundle contents, the new Style and Ability slot system, the limited-time 2x Luck event, and every new code you can redeem.
There is also a limited-time Jinko return, so if you want to unlock everything before the event ends, you will want to take advantage of the new content while it is available.
Volleyball Legends Update 90 Guide – Codes, Jinko Returns
Jinko is back in Volleyball Legends for a limited time.
Jinko will be available until October 17, 2026, giving you a limited window to complete the new Mastery quests and collect the exclusive rewards.
The return of Jinko also introduces a brand-new Jinko Mastery progression system.
Jinko Mastery Rewards
Jinko now has five Mastery levels.
You can complete quests with Jinko to increase your Mastery level and unlock different rewards.
Jinko Mastery Level 1
Reward: Jinko Juggle Emote
This emote uses balls that you already own.
Jinko Mastery Level 2
Reward: 3 Lucky Style Spins
Jinko Mastery Level 3
Reward: 6 Lucky Style Spins
Jinko Mastery Level 4
Reward: Jinko Cooked Player Card
Jinko Mastery Level 5
Reward: Jinko Title
The final Mastery reward gives you the exclusive JINKO title.
Skeleton Bundle
Update 90 also introduces a brand-new Skeleton Bundle.
The bundle costs 1,299 Robux and is available until October 17, 2026.
The Skeleton Bundle includes several Halloween-themed items.
Rattling Jaw Ball
The bundle includes the Rattling Jaw Ball, giving you a new cosmetic ball to use in Volleyball Legends.
Skeleton Grab Score Effect
The Skeleton Grab Score Effect adds a unique effect when you score.
A skeleton hand grabs the player closest to the ball, making the scoring animation stand out.
Shield Bash Emote
You also get the Shield Bash Emote.
It comes with a skeleton-themed animation and the RAHHHHHH effect shown with the bundle.
Skeleton Player Card
The bundle also includes an exclusive Skeleton Player Card.
Style and Ability Slot Rework
One of the biggest changes in Update 90 is the complete rework of Style and Ability slots.
Previously, players had to deal with separate slot gamepasses and much lower slot limits.
That system has now been changed.
You can now purchase additional slots directly from the slot menu using Gems.
There is no longer a need to buy new slot gamepasses for additional slots.
Slot Cap Increased to 100
The maximum number of slots has been massively increased.
You can now have:
- 100 Style slots
- 100 Ability slots
Previously, the limits were only 20 Style slots and 6 Ability slots.
This is a huge increase for players who collect a lot of Styles and Abilities.
Style and Ability Slot Prices
The new slot prices are:

After the 8th slot, every additional slot costs 1,250 Gems.
Your Existing Slots Carry Over
If you already had additional slots before Update 90, you do not lose your progress.
The following things carry over:
- Styles
- Abilities
- Slot locks
- Existing slot gamepasses
The update also closes up empty gaps between your slots, making the slot menu cleaner.
Gift Style or Ability Slots
You can also gift a Style or Ability slot to another player.
The gifting price is:
199 Robux
This gives you another way to help friends expand their available slots.
What Happened to the Old Slot Gamepasses?
The old slot gamepasses are no longer available for purchase.
Instead, players now purchase additional slots directly from the slot menu using Gems.
Any slot gamepasses you already owned will still carry over.
2x Luck Event
Another 2x Luck event is coming with Update 90.
The event runs from:
October 3, 2026, at 11:30 AM ET
until
October 5, 2026, at 11:30 AM ET
The event lasts 48 hours.
This gives you a limited window to roll for the Styles and Abilities you want.
Secret Pity Is Halved
During the 2x Luck event, the Secret pity requirement is reduced.
It changes from:
200 → 100
This means the Secret pity is effectively cut in half during the event.
Secret Style and Ability Chances Doubled
The Secret Style and Ability chances are also doubled during the event.
The chance increases from:
0.5% → 1%
So if you have been saving your spins for a rare Style or Ability, this event provides a limited-time boosted chance.
Lucky Style and Ability Spin Handout
Players can also receive free Lucky Style and Ability Spins during the special handout period.
The handout runs on October 3, 2026, from 10:30 AM ET to 12:30 PM ET.
Lucky spins are handed out every 10 minutes during this period.
You can receive a total of 12 Lucky Spins.
Make sure you log in during the handout window if you want to claim them.

Volleyball Legends Update 90 is a fairly packed update, especially for players who collect Styles and Abilities. The new slot system is one of the biggest changes because the limits have increased from 20 to 100 Style slots and from 6 to 100 Ability slots.
