The latest update in Find The Brainrot! has added eight new Brainrots, including a new OG, and some of them are much easier to find than others. A few can be obtained through simple tasks, while others require you to complete minigames, collect items, or search hidden areas.
In this guide, I’ll show you how I found the new Brainrots and explain what you need to do for each one. I’ll also cover the more annoying ones, including Scorpino Costino, Latina Volatina, Fat Meow, and Polaroid Genie.
Brain Rona
The first new Brainrot I came across was Brain Rona.
This one is one of the easier additions because you don’t need to complete a complicated puzzle or minigame. Brain Rona can appear through the tunnel, so getting it mainly comes down to getting lucky with the tunnel spawns.
If you’re trying to collect every new Brainrot, make sure you’re checking the tunnel whenever possible.
La Machine Bro
La Machine Bro is another Brainrot that can appear through the tunnel.
Just like Brain Rona, there isn’t a special location or complicated quest that you need to complete for this one. You simply need it to appear through the tunnel.
Because of that, your best chance is to keep checking the tunnel and take advantage of events such as Admin Abuse when the increased luck can help.
Pogo Pogo Penguin
This one is a little more interactive.
For Pogo Pogo Penguin, you need to head to the area with the ice obby and use the pogo stick to reach the end.
Once I got to the ice obby, I found the pogo stick and picked it up. While holding it, your jumps are higher, which is what allows you to complete the parkour section.
You basically need to work your way across the platforms while keeping hold of the pogo stick.
I recommend taking your time here because the slippery ice can make you slide around more than you expect. I definitely had a few moments where I thought I was about to fall off.
Once you make it to the end of the obby while using the pogo stick, you’ll find Pogo Pogo Penguin.
Gandini Fluffini
Next is Gandini Fluffini, and this one was surprisingly easy.
Head over to the pizzeria and look for the ice cream cart.
Once you’re there, you’ll notice ice cream around the area. You need to collect the required ice cream items, and after doing that, the game will give you Gandini Fluffini.
For me, this was one of the quickest Brainrots to unlock because there wasn’t much searching involved.
Scorpino Costino
Scorpino Costino was one of the more annoying ones to figure out.
Its clue says:
“I used to love roller coasters. Now I live hidden near that area.”
So, naturally, I went straight to the roller coaster area and started looking around.
The important part of the clue is the word hidden. Scorpino Costino isn’t simply sitting somewhere obvious around the roller coaster.
Instead, go toward the roller coaster and look along the tracks near the blue platform where you board the ride.
There is a hidden area underneath the roller coaster. You need to fall down into this area, where you’ll find a maze.
Once you’re inside, work your way through the maze until you reach Scorpino Costino.
I initially spent quite a bit of time searching the obvious areas and couldn’t find anything. So if you’re doing the same thing, don’t waste too much time checking trash cans or walking around the open area. The Brainrot is hidden underneath the roller coaster.
Latina Volatina
The clue for Latina Volatina talks about wool and candy, which points you toward the wool minigame.
Head to the cat maze area and look for the purple wool.
The trick here is that you can’t simply click the wool whenever you want. You need to wait until the purple wool starts glowing or sparkling.
Once it sparkles, click on it.
If you do it correctly, you’ll be taken into a pink room. From there, simply move toward Latina Volatina to claim the Brainrot.
This one can be confusing because nothing seems to happen if you click the wool at the wrong time. Just stay patient and wait for the sparkle.
Polaroid Genie
Polaroid Genie requires one of the longer tasks in this update.
For this Brainrot, you need to find the detective NPC inside the Twotory base.
Talk to the detective and he’ll give you a camera. Your job is to take five photos of specific locations around the map and bring the required pictures back to him.
The five photo locations include areas around the map such as the laundry area, the island, the escape room, and the space area.
The important thing to know is that the photos need to be taken from the correct position. The game can be quite picky about this.
Photo 1: Laundry Area
One of the first photos is near the laundry area.
Go to the location shown by the detective and use the camera to take the picture. You don’t necessarily have to copy the reference image perfectly, but make sure the required location is clearly visible.
If the game says “Wrong photo,” try moving farther back or adjusting your position.
Photo 2: Escape Room
Another photo requires you to enter the escape room.
Work your way through the area until you reach the colorful bookshelf.
Position yourself far enough away so that the bookshelf and the surrounding area are visible in the shot.
I initially took the picture from too close and it didn’t count. Moving farther back finally gave me the correct photo.
Photo 3: Island
You’ll also need to travel to the island for another photo.
Repair the boat and travel over to the island. Once you’re there, find the location shown by the detective and take the required picture.
The camera can sometimes be picky about your position, so don’t worry if the first attempt doesn’t work.
Photo 4: Space
Another picture requires you to travel to space.
Fill up the rocket and launch it. Once you arrive, head into the bunker and enter the required room.
Take a picture of the location shown by the detective, and it should count toward your five photos.
Photo 5: The Difficult Photo
The final photo can be a little frustrating because the game doesn’t always seem to accept it from the obvious position.
If you keep getting “Wrong photo,” try moving around the area and changing your distance from the target.
In my case, the picture finally counted when I moved much farther to the side than I originally expected.
So if you’re stuck on the last photo, don’t assume the quest is broken immediately. Try standing in different positions until the camera registers the correct location.
Once you’ve taken all five photos, return to the detective and you’ll unlock Polaroid Genie.
Fat Meow
The next Brainrot is Fat Meow, and this one requires you to bring different types of food.
The clue tells you to bring as many different foods as possible to the Meow on top of the base.
I started collecting whatever food items I could find, including:
- Pretzel
- Bacon
- Egg
- Popcorn
- Syrup
- Boba
- Pepper
- Sushi
The important part is that you need to give Fat Meow different foods.
You can’t simply give it the same food repeatedly. During my attempt, I had already given it an egg, and when I tried to give another egg, it told me to bring a different food.
So, keep collecting unique food items and bring them back to Fat Meow.
Getting Into the Meow Base
To reach Fat Meow, you need to enter the Meow base.
You’ll have to get through the Red Light, Green Light section first, so be careful while crossing.
Once you’re through, continue upward and follow the path you have used before.
There is also a timed section along the way. In my run, I had to use the numbers 72 and then 70 to progress.
If you’re already completing this area, it’s also worth grabbing the Brainrot along the right side if you haven’t collected it yet.
After completing the floors and reaching the top, you can interact with Fat Meow and start giving it your different food items.
Once you have provided enough unique foods, you’ll unlock Fat Meow.
How Many Foods Do You Need for Fat Meow?
The game showed a progress requirement of six different foods during my attempt.
So, if you want to save yourself some trips, try to collect at least six different food items before heading back to the Meow base.
Boba and pepper were two of the foods that ended up being useful for me.
If you’ve already given Fat Meow a particular food, don’t give it again. The game wants different food types, so focus on collecting something you haven’t used yet.
The Two Tunnel Brainrots
After finding the other Brainrots, there were still two new ones I couldn’t directly hunt down because they are tied to the tunnel.
These Brainrots appear through the tunnel randomly, meaning you don’t have a specific puzzle or location that guarantees them.
This is where luck becomes important.
Your chances can also be better during Admin Abuse, since the increased luck can make rare Brainrots easier to encounter.
So, if you’re missing the two tunnel Brainrots, keep checking the tunnel whenever you can and especially pay attention to Admin Abuse events.
All Eight New Brainrots
Here is the full list of the new Brainrots covered in the update:
- Brain Rona — Appears through the tunnel.
- La Machine Bro — Appears through the tunnel.
- Pogo Pogo Penguin — Complete the ice obby while holding the pogo stick.
- Gandini Fluffini — Collect the required ice cream at the pizzeria.
- Scorpino Costino — Search the hidden maze underneath the roller coaster.
- Latina Volatina — Wait for the purple wool to sparkle in the cat maze, then interact with it.
- Polaroid Genie — Help the detective by taking five required photos around the map.
- Fat Meow — Bring different food items to the Meow at the top of the base.
That covers all eight new Brainrots from this update.
Some of them are extremely straightforward, while others can take a little more patience. Pogo Pogo Penguin is mainly about completing the ice obby, Gandini Fluffini is a quick pizzeria task, and the tunnel Brainrots are mostly luck-based.
The ones I would pay the most attention to are Scorpino Costino, Latina Volatina, Polaroid Genie, and Fat Meow because their requirements are much easier to miss if you don’t know what the clues are actually pointing toward.
If you’re trying to complete the collection, I recommend knocking out the guaranteed Brainrots first and then spending your time checking the tunnel for the remaining ones.
