The Trade Phone is a free item in Adopt Me that lets you quickly access the Trade Hub, where players can safely trade pets, vehicles, toys, and other collectibles. However, you’ll need to meet a couple of requirements before it becomes available.
Trade Phone Requirements
To unlock the Trade Phone, you must complete both of these requirements:
- Play Adopt Me for at least 2 hours.
- Discover your first Neon Pet.
Simply reaching two hours of playtime is not enough. You must also obtain or create your first Neon Pet before the Trade Phone is unlocked.
How to Get a Neon Pet
If you haven’t unlocked a Neon Pet yet, here’s what you need to do:
- Obtain four copies of the same pet.
- Grow all four pets to the Fully Grown stage.
- Visit the Neon Cave located beneath the main bridge.
- Place the four fully grown pets on the glowing circles to combine them into a Neon Pet.
Once you’ve discovered your first Neon Pet and have at least two hours of playtime, you’ll qualify for the Trade Phone.
How to Claim the Trade Phone
After meeting both requirements:
- The Trade Phone is automatically added to your inventory.
- You do not need to complete another quest.
- You do not need to spend Bucks or Robux.
The item is completely free.
What Does the Trade Phone Do?
The Trade Phone provides quick access to the Trade Hub, allowing you to:
- Travel directly to the Trade Hub.
- Find other players looking to trade.
- Trade pets, vehicles, toys, strollers, pet wear, and more.
- Use a dedicated trading area instead of searching public servers.
It’s a convenient tool for players who trade frequently.
Tips for Unlocking It Faster
- Stay logged in until you’ve accumulated at least 2 hours of playtime.
- Raise four duplicate pets together so you can create your first Neon Pet as soon as possible.
- Complete pet tasks regularly to level pets faster.
- If you already own four fully grown copies of the same pet, visit the Neon Cave immediately after reaching the playtime requirement.
To get the Trade Phone in Adopt Me, you must:
- Play the game for 2 hours.
- Discover your first Neon Pet.
Once both conditions are met, the Trade Phone is automatically unlocked for free, giving you instant access to the Trade Hub whenever you want to trade with other players.
