The Season 1 update has finally arrived in Evomon, and with it comes a growing roster of creatures to collect, evolve, and build your team around. If you’ve just started playing, one of the biggest questions is probably, “Which Evomons are actually worth using?”
After spending time with the Season 1 roster, it’s pretty clear that not every Evomon is created equal. Some can carry your team through battles with incredible damage or survivability, while others are mostly stepping stones until you find something stronger.
This tier list ranks every currently available Evomon from S Tier (the strongest) to F Tier (the weakest) based on their overall usefulness, damage output, survivability, and how well they perform in most situations.

Note: The meta will likely change as new Evomons are released, but this ranking reflects the current Season 1 balance.
S Tier Evomons
These are the strongest Evomons currently available. If you pull one of these, it’s worth investing your resources.
Teragon
If there’s one Evomon that consistently stands out, it’s Teragon.
It offers excellent overall performance with high damage and strong battle presence, making it useful in almost every situation. Whether you’re progressing through content or building your best team, Teragon deserves a permanent spot.
Strengths
- Incredible overall stats
- Reliable damage
- Excellent late-game option
- One of the safest investments
Lava Rocky
Lava Rocky is the definition of a tank.
Its massive health pool allows it to absorb huge amounts of damage while staying alive much longer than most other Evomons. If you like durable front-line fighters, Lava Rocky is one of the best choices.
Best For
- Tanking damage
- Long battles
- Defensive teams
Myfish
Don’t underestimate this Water-type.
Myfish combines excellent offensive power with reliable overall performance, making it one of the strongest Water Evomons currently available.
If you need a dependable damage dealer, Myfish won’t disappoint.
A Tier Evomons
These are excellent choices that perform extremely well. They’re only a small step below the absolute best.
Vest
Vest is arguably one of the strongest Electric-type Evomons.
Its attacks deal impressive damage, and its ability to shock opponents makes it even more dangerous during battles.
If you don’t own an S Tier Evomon yet, Vest is an outstanding alternative.
Frostell
Frostell delivers consistently strong performance and fits into almost any lineup.
While it doesn’t quite reach S Tier, it’s still among the most reliable Evomons in Season 1.
Frostia
Another powerful Ice-type that performs well throughout the game.
It’s balanced, dependable, and rarely feels like a bad choice.
King of Thunder
King of Thunder has solid offensive stats and performs well in most encounters.
Although slightly weaker than Frostia, it’s still an excellent addition to many teams.
Punmush
Punmush hits hard and offers fantastic value.
Many players could argue it belongs in S Tier, but A Tier feels like the right balance for now.
Wispex
Wispex is another high-performing Evomon with excellent combat potential.
Its balanced stats make it useful in both early and late-game teams.
Thorlord
Thorlord is powerful, reliable, and capable of carrying fights.
It’s one of those Evomons you’ll never regret upgrading.
Mixie
Mixie may not dominate battles like Teragon, but it’s consistently effective and fits comfortably into many team compositions.
B Tier Evomons
These are solid Evomons that can perform well, especially if you don’t have stronger alternatives.
Clamspire
A dependable option with balanced stats.
It’s not flashy, but it gets the job done.
King of the Flying
Good overall performance with respectable damage.
A nice addition to mid-game teams.
Astronite
Astronite is definitely usable and worth keeping if you’re still building your collection.
There are simply stronger options later on.
Pep Golem
Pep Golem provides reliable performance and can contribute throughout much of the game.
Mop Pillow
A decent all-around Evomon that performs well enough until stronger replacements become available.
Long-Named Evolution
Although its name is a mouthful, this Evomon is surprisingly solid and comfortably belongs in the B Tier.
C Tier Evomons
These Evomons aren’t terrible, but you’ll probably replace them sooner rather than later.
Blaze Mane
One of the better early-game Evomons.
It’s usable for beginners but quickly falls behind stronger options.
Fluff Star
A decent early-game companion with average overall performance.
Viparch
Slightly weaker than Blaze Mane but still serviceable while progressing.
Gempress
Gempress is average across the board.
Nothing about it really stands out compared to higher-tier Evomons.
Starmuse
Starmuse performs reasonably well but lacks the power needed to compete with stronger choices.
Small Green Evolution
This Evomon sits comfortably in the middle of the rankings.
It’s usable, but there isn’t much reason to keep it long term.
D Tier Evomons
These Evomons struggle to compete and are generally worth replacing.
Cheer Phantom
Low overall effectiveness compared to other options.
Glacetel
Its stats simply aren’t strong enough to justify investing heavily.
Spamin
One of the weaker Season 1 Evomons with limited usefulness outside early progression.
F Tier Evomons
These are generally the weakest Evomons in the game.
If you have better options available, there’s little reason to keep using them.
- Bubble Blade
- Leaf Blade
- Twiby
- Pebble
- Spark
- Goldfish
- Silverch
- Tinkle
Among these, Pebble is easily one of the weakest performers in the current Season 1 meta.
Which Evomons Should You Focus On?
If you’re trying to build the strongest possible team, prioritize these Evomons first:
- Teragon – Overall best Evomon.
- Lava Rocky – Incredible tank with massive health.
- Myfish – Excellent Water-type attacker.
- Vest – Powerful Electric-type with high damage.
- Frostell – Reliable all-around performer.
- Punmush – Fantastic offensive option.
- Wispex – Strong and consistent throughout the game.
These Evomons provide the best value for upgrades and will remain useful much longer than lower-tier alternatives.
Season 1 has introduced a nice variety of Evomons, but there’s definitely a noticeable gap between the top performers and the weaker starters. While almost every Evomon can help you through the early stages, investing your resources wisely makes a huge difference once battles become more challenging.
If you’re lucky enough to obtain Teragon, Lava Rocky, or Myfish, build your team around them. If not, don’t worry—A Tier options like Vest, Frostell, Punmush, and Wispex are more than capable of carrying you through most of the current content until you find those top-tier picks.
