The latest Type Soul update added two new Fullbring Kido skills and two new Skill Box abilities, giving Fullbring mains even more tools to work with. These moves bring ranged pressure, combo setups, and blockable-but-powerful damage options into the mix. Let’s break down everything you need to know.

New Fullbring Kido Skills

1. Bringer Annihilation (Beam Attack)

A straight-line beam attack.

Deals solid damage and has quick startup.

Blockable, so it’s not guaranteed damage.

Still one of the strongest additions thanks to its range and reliability.

Best Use:

Great for punishing opponents who don’t block in time.

Can confirm into follow-ups if the enemy is low on posture.

2. Bringer Barrage (Multi-Slam Combo)

Summons a flurry of slams that rain down on the opponent.

Decent damage output with a flashy animation.

Best when used mid-combo to extend pressure.

Best Use:

Excellent as a combo extender.

Forces opponents to burn stamina or risk posture damage.

New Fullbring Skill Boxes

1. Soul Compression (Ground Slam)

A downward strike that slams into the ground, creating a damaging shockwave.

Has good hit coverage and works as a posture punisher.

Blockable, but still chips away effectively when opponents are careless.

Best Use:

Zone control tool, especially useful in crowded fights.

Can punish players who try to roll or dodge into your space.

2. Tectonic Glow (Grab/Draw-In Attack)

Pulls the enemy toward you with a two-handed energy drag.

Once the opponent is pulled in, you can immediately follow up with combos.

Highly effective for starting high-damage strings.

Best Use:

  • Initiator tool—use it to pull enemies into range.
  • Perfect setup for your M1s, crit, or even another Kido ability.

Blockability & Balance

Beam (Annihilation): Blockable, but still punishes careless players.

Barrage: Can be blocked, but it eats away at posture.

Skill Box moves: Also blockable, but each has strong combo or zoning potential.

Overall, the new skills are balanced—not overpowered, but definitely strong in the right hands.

How These Skills Fit Fullbring

With these new tools, Fullbring players now have:

  • Ranged damage (Beam).
  • Combo extenders (Barrage, Tectonic Glow).
  • Area control (Soul Compression).

This makes Fullbringers much more versatile in ranked fights. Instead of relying solely on melee or a single gimmick, you now have a toolkit that mixes pressure, defense, and initiation.

The new Fullbring Kido skills and Skill Boxes round out Fullbring’s playstyle, giving it more offensive options without breaking the balance. Each skill has counterplay (they’re all blockable), but in skilled hands, they can open up dangerous combo strings.
