Once you unlock your Kagune, your next real power spike comes from trainers. These NPCs sell your combat moves, passives, and upgrades — and without them your Kagune will always feel weak.
Every Kagune type has its own trainer, and all of them are hidden around the city. If you do not know where to go, it feels like the game is trolling you.
Tokyo RE All Ghoul Kagune Trainer Locations Guide
This guide shows you exactly where to find all four Ghoul trainers.
Starting Point
All routes start from the NPC Chochi.
Stand in front of him before following any directions below.
Kuaku Trainer Location
From Chochi, run straight away from him and continue forward.
Do not turn — just keep going until you see an NPC standing on top of a building ledge.
That NPC is the Kuaku trainer.
Once you unlock your skills, press M → Ghoul to equip and upgrade them.
Bikaku Trainer Location
From Chochi, head forward and veer toward the tall buildings on your left.
Climb up the side of the building.
On the rooftop, you will find the Bikaku trainer waiting there.
Koukaku Trainer Location
From Chochi, follow the same direction as the Kuaku path, but enter the nearby building instead of stopping outside.
Inside, you will see an NPC sitting on a chair — that is the Koukaku trainer.
Rinkaku Trainer Location
From Chochi, head toward the tall concrete pillars.
Climb up the pillar and move onto the rooftop walkway.
At the top, you will find the Rinkaku trainer.
How To Unlock Kagune Skills
Once you find your trainer:
Press M → Ghoul
Pay the required money
Meet the stat requirements
Unlock your moves
Each trainer controls your Kagune’s real strength.
Mission Start Tip
When you track a quest and reach the objective area, look for a flashing marker.
This flashing point is where enemies spawn and your mission begins.
If it does not show, rejoin the server — it is a common bug.
Do not progress far without unlocking your Kagune skills.
Your damage, survivability, and combos depend on these moves.
