The newest Slap Battles update is here, and it brings a powerful new glove, fresh mastery challenges, and possible new codes to help you out. Whether you’re a slap veteran or just jumping in, here’s everything you need to know.
Slap Battles Update Guide: Flick Glove, Space Glove Mastery
How to Get the Flick Glove
The Flick Glove is the star of this update — and while it doesn’t come with a flashy ability, its raw power makes it worth unlocking.
Requirements:
-
12,750 Slaps (Yes, it’s a grind!)
Flick Glove Showcase:
-
Ability: No active ability — it works purely off your left-click.
-
Effect: Instead of a normal slap, this glove flicks your opponent, sending them flying with much higher knockback than usual.
-
Best For: Troll builds, cliff launching, and chaos on smaller maps.
Flick is ideal if you want to send opponents soaring off the edge quickly. No cooldowns, no setup — just slap and launch.
Space Glove Mastery: How to Complete It
This part is a bit more technical. If you already have the Space Glove, you can now unlock Space Mastery by completing a set of challenges tied to the “To The Moon” badge.
To unlock Mastery:
-
Own the “To The Moon” badge – Get hit by a bus right after using your ability.
-
Timing is everything. Trigger your ability, then get run over. Yes, really.
-
-
Defy Gravity 750 Times – Use your Space Glove’s ability 750 times.
-
This means firing yourself via the built-in cannon launch.
-
-
Hit the Tree on Slapple Island – Fire yourself from the cannon and use your ability to land on the tree at Slapple Island.
-
This is tricky, so aim your shot carefully. Takes a few tries.
-
-
Ambush 500 Players – Hit 500 players within 3 seconds of your ability ending.
-
You’ll want to plan attacks just as you land or end a launch.
-
Use smaller lobbies to farm ability uses and ambushes more consistently. Try comboing with friends to speed things up.
