Rune Slayer Content Update – New Race, Boss, Quests & Codes
Increased Legendary Drop Rates
If you’ve struggled to get your hands on legendary items, now’s your chance! The drop rates for most legendary gear have been increased by over 4x, making them significantly easier to farm.
How to Take Advantage of the New Drop Rates:
Focus on high-level bosses and dungeons where legendary gear drops.
Use Loot Boosting abilities or gear that enhances drop chances.
Join a team or guild to farm efficiently.
New Bosses & Area: Withered Thicket
A new zone, Withered Thicket, has been introduced, bringing mysterious new bosses. While details about them are unknown, here’s what we recommend:
How to Prepare for the New Bosses:
Carry elemental weapons and spells to counter possible resistances.
Use summons that match your faction (Holy Sect or Demon Sect).
Equip high defensive gear to withstand new boss mechanics.
Summons: Blessings & Curses (Faction-Based Summons)
A major gameplay mechanic has been introduced: Summons tied to your faction.
Blessings → Summons only available to the Holy Sect
Curses → Summons only available to the Demon Sect
Elemental Fairies must be paired with the correct summon to maximize their effectiveness.
How to Use Summons Effectively:
Choose a summon that complements your combat style (offensive vs. defensive).
Equip the corresponding elemental fairy (Fire Fairy for fire-based summons, etc.).
Be aware of each summon’s drawbacks before committing to one.
