Set in a detailed, one-to-one replica of Kamurocho (aka Bakurocho), your goal is simple: become the ultimate yakuza fighter.
But first—you need to know how to survive.
When you first spawn into the game, you start with the Street Fighting style. It’s basic, but good enough to get you through the early game while you learn the ropes.
Tip: Your journey begins humbly, but everything in Bakamitai is earned. Train hard, fight harder, and earn your stripes.
 Leveling Up
Your power comes from your stats, which can be trained through a mix of gym sessions, boss fights, and quests.
Ways to Train:
- Spades Gym – Buy a Gym Membership first (costs yen).
- Shadow Boxing – Passive training and unlocks Imagination skills.
- Jobs & Quests – Often give money, exp, and stat points.
- Boss Fights – Great for testing builds and farming rewards.
Stats Breakdown
Each stat influences your combat performance in different ways:
- Strength – Increases raw damage.
- Durability – Boosts your HP.
- Stamina – More stamina means longer combos and fewer breaks.
- Intellect – Boosts Rage Mode duration by 12% every 100 points.
Imagination Skills
Earned through Shadow Boxing, these are special abilities tied to your creativity and mental fortitude. You can access the Imagination Skill Tree to unlock and swap them as you evolve your build.
Implants
Implants are like passive mods to your build. Some improve survivability, others give you powerful actives. They’re split into Main and Sub categories.
Examples:
- Heart Pump (Sub): Increases damage but lowers HP. High-risk, high-reward.
- Pulse (Sub): Heals you. Avoid if using Nanomachines, or it’ll damage you instead.
- Nanomachines (Main): Insane defense and damage buff, but drains your stamina fast.
Where to Get Them: The Mysterious Doctor in the Black Market (forest area).
Relics
Relics drop every 5 minutes, and there are two types:
1. Shadow Man Relics
- Must be bound for 2M Yen at the Shadow Man in City 2.
- Can be powerful styles or buffs.
Physical Relics
- Auto-bound to your ‘N’ key when picked up.
- Can be removed for 4M Yen at the Mysterious Doctor.
Trainers & Styles
Scattered across Bakurocho are trainers who teach you new fighting styles. You’ll need certain stat requirements to unlock styles and their advanced moves.
Notable Styles:
- Boxing: Great for early leveling with fast moves and strong DPS.
- Sumo: Offers good knockback and spacing, great for boss fights.
- Hand Pocket: Mid-game style unlocked at Level 400 with strong utility and stuns.
Kiryu V2 Style Guide (Endgame)
To unlock Kiryu V2, complete a massive quest:
- Defeat 6 Mr. Shakedowns
- Open 74 Cases
- Defeat 98 Players (can be the same player)
- Complete 3 Boss Rushes
- Defeat 8 Majima NPCs
- Defeat 10 Spiteful Apes
The quest doesn’t save, and the NPC is in Future Tower (same one who gives Dragon Spirit).
Reward:
Chairman Title – If you’re in a gang, your title becomes: Chairman of [Your Gang]
