Starting out in Jujutsu Seas can feel overwhelming. Between choosing where to put your stats, deciding which weapons or fighting styles to chase, and figuring out how to make enough money for progression, it’s easy to get lost. This Jujutsu Seas Beginner Guide will walk you through the fundamentals: how to build your stats, how to manage stamina, and the best ways to earn cash so you can keep moving forward smoothly.

Jujutsu Seas Beginner Guide Wiki – Best Stats Build, Money Tips

Your stats in Jujutsu Seas determine how effective you are in battle, both for damage and survivability. The key categories you need to think about are Power, Melee, Weapon, and Health.

Power (Ability Damage)

This governs the damage of your move sets.

Most of your burst damage in the game comes from abilities, making this one of the most important stats.

Prioritize Power if you want high ability damage output.

Melee (Stamina and Basic Damage)

Even if you’re not focused on melee combat, you must invest in Melee for stamina.

With level 1 melee, your stamina pool will be so low that you’ll barely be able to dash or use abilities.

Recommended: At least 500 points in Melee to keep stamina manageable.

Weapon

Weapon builds can deal heavy melee damage, especially with powerful drops like Thunderpole.

If you plan to farm bosses for money, weapon damage scales best with this stat.

Works well with Power if you want both strong abilities and strong weapon swings.

Health

Health is your safety net. While most content can be handled with moderate health investment, bosses on the last island hit extremely hard.

A balanced build includes enough Health to survive raid-like encounters without sacrificing too much damage.

Example Stat Builds

Here are two beginner-friendly stat paths:

Balanced Damage Build

  • 750 Power
  • 500 Melee
  • Remaining points split between Health and Weapon

Good for players who want strong ability burst while still keeping stamina stable.

Weapon-Focused Farming Build (recommended for money grinding)

  • 1000 Weapon
  • 1000 Health
  • Rest in Melee

Works best with Thunderpole, letting you clear bosses and NPCs quickly for cash.

How to Make Money Fast

Cash fuels your progression. You’ll need it for things like Oni Shockwave, Haki, and gear, so farming efficiently matters.

Best Farming Spots

Light NPCs

  • Located on later islands.
  • They have very low health, making them quick to farm.
  • Decent for money when starting out.

Final Boss (Endgame Farming)

  • The single best method for making money.
  • Drops large amounts of cash compared to NPC farming.
  • Much more efficient over time than grinding smaller mobs.

Optimal Setup for Farming

  • Weapon: Thunderpole (2.5% drop from the Kosmo boss on Cinderfall).
  • Stats: Max Weapon and Health first, with remaining in Melee.
  • Haki: Buyable on the second island for a flat damage boost.
  • Instinct: Obtainable from the NPC on the last island for 1,000,000 cash. Prevents ragdolls and keeps you active in fights.

With this setup, you’ll farm bosses quickly without constantly getting knocked around, making your money grind much more efficient.

As a beginner, focus first on building a reliable stat foundation and unlocking the tools that make farming easier. Start with Light NPCs for some money, then push for Thunderpole and transition into farming the final boss for maximum cash.

Along the way, keep enough Melee for stamina, prioritize Power for burst, and don’t neglect Health. With this balance, you’ll be strong enough to explore the world, tackle bosses, and enjoy the PvP side of Jujutsu Seas.
