After a long 3-month wait, Jailbreak is finally back with Season 28, and it’s packing a neon-lit Cyberpunk theme. This update introduces the Katakana reward vehicle, a brand-new limited WYNDR car, a full-on vault prize refresh, glowing map visuals, and even a solid chunk of cash via a new code.
Let’s walk through everything that’s been added.
Jailbreak Season 28 Cyberpunk Update – Katakana Car, Codes
Season 28: Cyberpunk
This season’s theme is Cyberpunk, and the visuals across the city now reflect that—glowing buildings, neon roads, animated lights, and even a flickering city startup effect at night.
Season Pass Highlights:
- Top reward: Katakana, a cyber-themed vehicle made by PlasmaZilla
- Other rewards: Furniture, glowing decals, infinity rims, scissor doors, and more
- Level 7 Drift: A new trail that actually gives Blue Fire a run for its money
- Apartment Item: Hologram donut vendor—yes, it works and gives actual donuts!
The Katakana comes with a unique design, animated lights, and fitting cyber-stickers inside the car. It only seats two, but looks and feels like a futuristic racer.
New Limited Car: WYNDR
The WYNDR is a new legendary-tier vehicle obtainable through Tier 3 vault safes. It features a sleek body, glowing textures, and some of the fastest acceleration in the game right now.
How to Get WYNDR:
- Open Tier 3 vaults until you pull it
- Has a 17% drop chance for top rarity items
- Can take up to 500k–1M+ cash depending on luck (user in video got lucky at 500k)
Performance:
- Top speed: Caps out at 200 mph
- Instant acceleration: Hits 100 mph nearly instantly
- Backwards speed: 75 mph
- Handling: Smooth, easy turning at high speeds
Tier 3 Vault Changes
The safe system got a shake-up too. Here’s what’s new:
New Items Added:
- WYNDR vehicle
- Armor Punk rim
- Bleeding Edge spoiler
- Hex Bond rim
- C1 Core rim
- Donut Vendor (Furniture)
Removed Items:
- Camo skin
- Missile sofa
- Reactor rims
If you’re vault grinding, most items are now completely refreshed. Expect new drops and different odds.
Map Overhaul – Cyberpunk City
Jailbreak’s city area has been updated with a full cyberpunk visual pass:
- Buildings glow at night
- Roads emit light trails
- Skyscrapers now feature dynamic textures
- Nightfall “activates” the glow across the map—it’s a cool detail to check out by setting time to around 21:00
Even the Celsius is chilling on top of a building as part of the vibe.
Trailblazer & Hammerhead Turret Update
Two older vehicles now have driver-controlled turrets:
- Trailblazer
- Hammerhead
You can fire while driving by clicking/holding with your mouse. There’s no shortcut key yet, but it works. Hopefully, a hotkey like F gets added soon for quicker control.
New Code – Free $14,000
Use the following code at the train station ATM:
- Code:
REGEN4
- Reward: $14,000 Jailbreak cash
Use it fast—codes often expire without notice.
Apartment Showcase – New Furniture
The apartment system also received new Cyberpunk-themed items:
- Hologram Donut Vendor: Functional item that dispenses donuts
- Several new wall and decorative items to match the season’s look
Unfortunately, there’s no search bar in apartments (yet), so you’ll have to scroll manually to place new items.
The Cyberpunk update is a solid return for Jailbreak. Between the fast and flashy WYNDR, the drift upgrades, the glowing map, and the sleek Katakana, there’s plenty to grind and flex this season.
