In Heian, cursed techniques define how you fight—and more importantly, how you survive. Some techniques turn you into an unstoppable force of nature, while others just feel… undercooked. Whether you’re new to the game or looking to reroll for something better, knowing which cursed technique to chase (or avoid) is key.
In this Heian Cursed Techniques Tier List, we’ve ranked every currently available cursed technique from worst to best based on damage, utility, cooldowns, and overall performance in both PvE and PvP. This list is based on in-game testing and community feedback, including a deep dive from YouTuber Noer, who’s been testing every technique extensively.
Heian Cursed Techniques Tier List – Every Technique Ranked
C Tier
These techniques aren’t necessarily “bad,” but they lack impact in high-pressure fights or feel incomplete compared to others.
Ratio
Moves: Bisection, Division, Critical Break
Summary: Ratio is actually fun to use and has solid mechanics, but it seriously lacks damage.
Verdict: If the devs tweak the numbers and raise its power slightly, it could become a B-tier pick. Until then, it’s just average.
Placement: Low C Tier
Beast Technique (Spirit Summoning)
Summary: Possibly inspired by Suguru Geto, this technique lets you summon cursed spirits. Sounds awesome—but in practice, it underdelivers.
Verdict: Currently feels gimmicky with little real combat value. Rarely used by top players.
Placement: C Tier
B Tier
These techniques are viable and offer some interesting tools, but they’re either too situational or outclassed by stronger options.
Blood Manipulation
Moves: Flowing Red Scale, Slicing Exorcism, Blood Blade, Convergence
Summary: Offers variety and flexibility. Good for adaptive playstyles and close-to-mid range pressure.
Verdict: Doesn’t hit quite hard enough to stand out, but it’s reliable and fun to use.
Placement: Mid B Tier
Projectile Surgery (Naoya’s Technique)
Moves: Frame Enforcement, Flash, 24 Frame Rush, Mach Speed
Summary: High-speed burst damage and frame-stunning mobility. Great for aggressive players.
Verdict: Strong if you’re constantly on the offensive—but easy to counter if you fall behind.
Placement: Upper B Tier
A Tier
Reliable damage, good effects, and flexible usage. These are strong techniques that work in nearly any situation.
Ice Formation
Moves: Ice Breath, Glacier Trap
Summary: One of the most underrated kits. Offers great crowd control with freezing effects and surprisingly solid damage.
Verdict: Perfect for players who like to slow down fights and control the battlefield.
Placement: Low A Tier
Blazing Courage (Fire Technique)
Moves: Serrated Flames, Flaming Forest, Fiery Field
Summary: Powerful fire-based AoE attacks with excellent visuals. May be inspired by Jogo or custom-designed.
Verdict: Great pressure tool with satisfying effects. Could become S-tier with slight cooldown buffs.
Placement: High A Tier
S Tier – Meta Picks with Game-Changing Power
These are the techniques that can completely turn the tide of battle. They’re powerful, stylish, and often feared.
Mythical Beast Amber
- Summary: Comes with a base form that applies lightning procs on hit and a mode that transforms all moves for huge damage.
- Verdict: Despite one weaker move, the transformation mode and consistent stun damage make this a beast (literally).
Placement: Solid S Tier
S+ Tier – Best of the Best
These cursed techniques are at the top of the food chain. If you want to dominate in Heian, this is where you aim.
Limitless (Gojo Satoru’s Technique)
Moves: Blue, Red, Infinity, Maximum Output Blue, Hollow Purple
Summary: You get powerful crowd control, AoE, and burst damage all in one kit. Hollow Purple alone can wipe out bars of health.
Drawback: Cooldowns are a bit long, and you don’t get full power without Six Eyes—which isn’t available in the game yet.
Placement: Top S+ Tier
Shrine (Sukuna’s Domain Technique)
Moves: Cleave, Fuga, Spider Cleave, Shrine Maximum Output
Summary: Insane burst damage with beautiful animations and clean hitboxes. Fuga is one of the best-designed projectiles in any Roblox game.
Verdict: Balanced cooldowns, high DPS, and amazing visuals make this the strongest technique in the game.
Placement: #1 – S+ Tier
Final Heian Cursed Technique Tier List
Tier | Technique | Highlights |
---|---|---|
S+ | Shrine, Limitless | Meta-defining, high burst, clean cooldowns |
S | Mythical Beast Amber | Mode transformation, stuns, lightning procs |
A | Blazing Courage, Ice Formation | Strong AoE or freeze control, consistent |
B | Blood Manipulation, Projectile Surgery | Versatile but lacks domination |
C | Ratio, Beast Summoning | Weak damage or low utility |
Which Technique Should You Pick?
If you’re starting fresh or rerolling, go for Shrine or Limitless. If you already have Mythical Beast Amber or Blazing Courage, you’re still in great shape. Just steer clear of Ratio or Beast Summoning unless you’re up for a challenge (or waiting on a buff).
