For high-level bosses, a typical team consists of 1 damage dealer (DPS), 4 supports, and 1 healer (or Aoi). If none of your buffers are single-target, you can optionally use 2 dps 3 support instead.
Most supports can stack their buff or debuff twice. If two supports give the same buff/debuff, it can only stack a total of twice (i.e. if Tsukasa uses Full Enhance and Mari uses Enhancement, that’s two Atk buffs so Atk can’t be stacked any more).
The following buffs/debuffs can be stacked twice:
- Increase Attack (Atk) stacks additively with Elem. Atk
- Decrease Defense (Def) stacks additively with Elem. Def
- Increase Fire/Ice/Thunder/Light/Dark Attack (e.g. Fire Atk) stacks additively with Atk
- Decrease Fire/Ice/Thunder/Light/Dark Defense (e.g. Fire Def) stacks additively with Def
- Critical Rate (CrRate) caps at 100%
- Critical Damage (CrDmg)
- MultiHit (MultiHit)
- Tactical Vision (TacVis) only applies when hitting enemy’s weakness
- Exposed (Exposed) only applies when hitting enemy’s weakness
The following buffs/debuffs can only be stacked once:
- Fire/Ice/Thunder/Light/Dark Field (e.g. Fire Field)
- Charge (Charge) stacks additively with Atk; also adds 20% CrRate

Different types of buff/debuff multiply together, so stacking them increases your damage exponentially. Stack as much as you can for a huge nuke!
Total Damage = Base Damage × (1 + Atk + Elem. Atk + Charge + passives + accessories) × (1 – Def – Elem. Def) × (1 + CrRate × (50% + CrDmg)) × (1 + MultiHit) × (1 + Field) × (1 + TacVis) × (1 + Exposed)
Note: All values are max value of max level skill with no tear passives. I will not list the basic Enhancement (Atk +76.7%) buff that all buffers get
