A Dusty Trip has joined The Hunt: Mega Edition event in Roblox! This means new challenges, bosses, and rewards. In this guide, I’ll show you how to unlock the Trailmaster car and earn the Hunt Badge by completing the Highlands map.
How to Get Trailmaster Car & Hunt Badge in A Dusty Trip
Step 1: Entering the Event
- Start by going through the blue portal in the main menu. This takes you to The Hunt: Mega Edition.
- The map will automatically set to The Highlands, so just press start.
Once you’re in, you’ll notice your car is already built. The engine, radiator, and 30L of fuel are pre-installed, so you can hit the road immediately. For extra safety, bring two gas cans and some food in case you get low on hunger.
Step 2: Defeating the First Boss (Lumberjack)
At 800m, you’ll find a lumberyard and meet the Lumberjack boss.
Avoid his falling tree attack by staying clear of the red lines.
During the axe-throwing phase, keep moving to dodge.
In the sawblade phase, avoid the green beams.
The attack pattern repeats, so just dodge until he becomes vulnerable.
When an AK-47 spawns, pick it up and shoot the boss before he regains invincibility.
Reward: Zap Bombs
Step 3: Defeating the Second Boss (Miner)
- At 2,000m, you’ll find a cave mine where the Miner boss appears.
- Phase 1: Jump over red laser beams.
- Phase 2: Dodge dynamite throws by moving around.
- Phase 3: Defeat his minion army.
- Phase 4: Avoid falling stalactites by staying out of the red markers.
- Attack when he’s vulnerable, then repeat the dodging cycle.
Reward: Jackhammer
Escape Tip: Leave the cave quickly after winning, or it will collapse!
Step 4: Defeating the Final Boss (Snow King)
- At 3,000m, you’ll reach an icy castle where the Snow King awaits.
- Phase 1: Dodge his icy tornadoes by running away.
- Phase 2: Avoid homing snow missiles—running left or right works best.
- Phase 3: Watch for blue markers on the ground and step away before ice spikes appear.
- Phase 4: Fight his snowman minions.
- Once he’s vulnerable, attack immediately before he recovers.
Reward: Frost Staff
Bonus: You’ll earn the Hunt Badge for defeating him!
Step 5: Unlocking the Trailmaster Car
After beating all three bosses, the Trailmaster car appears in your garage. This station wagon-style car is completely free as a reward for finishing the event.
Congratulations! You now have a new car and a rare event badge.
