The classic Roblox experience, Natural Disaster Survival, has launched its TAKEOVER event, bringing a mix of chaos and challenge through a set of limited-time badges. Unlike the usual disaster-focused gameplay, this event introduces new mechanics like spray painting, police evasion, and challenge tracking.

In this guide, you’ll learn exactly how to unlock every badge in the event, what the requirements are, and how to complete them efficiently even with the random nature of the event rounds.

How To Get All Badges in Natural Disaster Survival TAKEOVER Event

Where to Begin

Once you join the game, head to the event station located near spawn. It will display a list of four takeover challenges. These are the tasks you’ll need to complete in order to earn each of the event badges.

While some challenges are available in any regular round, others are exclusive to special takeover rounds, which appear randomly. This means you may have to wait or play multiple matches before getting the right conditions for specific badges.

Newborn Badge – Survive Two Rounds

This is the most basic and straightforward challenge in the event. You simply need to survive through any two full rounds of the game. These rounds can be standard disaster rounds and don’t require any special event mode.

The key to completing this is situational awareness. When you see disasters like floods, tsunamis, or tornados, move to higher ground or safe zones. Don’t take unnecessary risks, and focus purely on staying alive until the round ends. Once you survive two full rounds, this badge is automatically awarded.

Pro Spray Tag Badge – Spray Paint 20 Surfaces That Last the Round

This challenge introduces one of the takeover-exclusive mechanics: spray painting. During special takeover rounds, players are given a spray paint tool. Your goal is to tag 20 different surfaces during the course of the round, and those tags must remain until the round finishes.

To achieve this, focus on spreading your spray tags across various objects and walls in the map. Avoid spraying the same area twice. If you move quickly and tag everything you come across, you should be able to hit the 20-tag requirement in a single round. Whether or not you survive the round doesn’t matter for this badge—only your tagging progress does.

Master Spray Tag & Cop Evader Badge – Spray Signs and Evade 12 Cops

This badge combines two mechanics: tagging specific signs and avoiding the cops who spawn during takeover rounds.

To start, you’ll need to locate and spray paint special event signs that spawn around the map. These are different from regular walls and often stand out with unique designs or placements. While doing this, you must also avoid being caught by the AI-controlled police. Each time a cop detects and chases you, successfully escaping their pursuit adds to your evasion count.

You need to evade a total of 12 cops across multiple takeover rounds. This means the challenge is cumulative. Even if you only manage to escape a few in each round, the total will carry forward until you hit the requirement.

The trick here is movement and awareness. Don’t get cornered. Keep checking your surroundings. Use buildings and map edges to your advantage. Spray the signs quickly, then keep moving.

Extreme Evader Badge – Evade Three Cops for Three Rounds in a Row

This is arguably the most difficult badge in the takeover event. The objective is to evade at least three different cops in three consecutive takeover rounds. If you fail to evade the required number in a single round, or get caught, your progress resets and you’ll have to start over from the first round again.

The best way to approach this challenge is with patience and focus. When a takeover round starts, immediately begin watching for where cops spawn. Don’t get distracted with unnecessary tagging or exploring. Your top priority is survival and successful evasion.

If you see cops approaching, keep moving and avoid direct lines of sight. Jumping from high places or circling around buildings can help break their chase. If you can consistently evade three or more cops in a round without being caught, repeat that two more times back to back. Completing all three rounds in a row with the required evasions will grant you the badge.

Understanding Takeover Rounds

Takeover rounds are not guaranteed every time a match begins. They are randomly assigned, which means you may encounter standard disaster rounds in between. There’s no specific way to trigger a takeover round, so the best strategy is to keep playing until they show up.

You’ll know a takeover round is active when you receive either a spray paint tool or when cops begin to spawn. These are your cues to start working on the event challenges that are only available during these rounds.

All four badges in the Natural Disaster Survival TAKEOVER event can be earned without spending Robux, but they do require time, patience, and awareness of round types. By focusing on one challenge at a time and understanding when takeover rounds are active, you can make consistent progress even if you’re playing solo.
