The Trading Plaza update completely restructures how player-to-player trading works in Fisch by replacing several old systems with a centralized, purpose-built trading map. The previous Coliseum and Aquarium areas have been fully removed and replaced by a new tropical-style plaza that visually matches the Fisch world while also functioning as the main trading hub for all servers. This plaza becomes the primary location where players can meet, trade, and purchase items directly from other players using cash.
The new plaza is not just a visual redesign. It changes the entire in-game economy flow by making cash the core trading currency and removing older secondary currencies that created friction between players.
Dloon Removal and Cash Conversion
Dloons have been completely removed from the game. Every Dloon previously owned by players was automatically converted into cash at a fixed rate of 1 Dloon = 100 cash. All balloon-based obtainments that previously used Dloons have been reworked to use standard cash instead.
The AFK Fountain has also been removed, meaning there are no longer passive Dloon-based farming loops. This pushes all economic progression toward active fishing, trading, and market interaction.
Full Cash Trading System
Players can now trade using raw cash directly inside the Trading Plaza. Any tradable item can be purchased or sold using money rather than item-for-item exchanges. This creates a proper player-driven marketplace where supply, demand, and pricing naturally regulate item value.
This also makes it much easier to liquidate rare items because players no longer need to find someone with a specific trade request. If someone has enough cash, the trade can happen instantly.
Dreambreaker Rod Mastery and New Rarity Tier
A new rarity tier has been added with the Dreambreaker Rod Mastery. This mastery system introduces progression-based bonuses that reward long-term rod usage.
Dreambreaker mastery unlocks several exclusive rewards:
- Golden Dreamer Skin for the rod
- Disruptor of Dreams bobber
- Master of the Deep title
- Nightmare Hunter passive, which grants 10% faster mastery progress
This mastery tier makes Dreambreaker one of the most valuable long-term rods in the game due to its built-in progression advantage.
Treasure Rod Return and Price Adjustment
The Treasure Rod has officially returned and is once again obtainable from Treasure Island. Its price has been increased from 30,000 to 50,000 cash, positioning it as a high-value rod meant for established players rather than early progression.
This price shift also raises the baseline economy standard by giving late-game players a meaningful cash sink.
New Black Market Item Rotation
A new black market item is available at the Underground Music Venue during the weekend rotation. These items are limited-time and rotate frequently, encouraging players to regularly check the venue for rare or exclusive purchases.
Upcoming Tideful Content
Tideful has been officially teased as the next major content drop. While it is not live yet, the Trading Plaza update lays the foundation for it by restructuring the game’s trading economy and progression systems.
Active Working Codes
These codes are currently active and should be redeemed immediately:
- tradeplaza
- tidefulsoon
Both codes provide bonus rewards and are designed to support early adoption of the Trading Plaza system.
This update fundamentally shifts Fisch into a real marketplace economy rather than a barter-based system. By converting all trade value into cash, removing Dloons, and introducing mastery progression with high-tier rods, the game now rewards consistent play, trading knowledge, and long-term progression far more effectively than before.
