Catch a Toxic Widow Bloom fish in the Toxic Grove.
After catching it, return the fish to the related NPC to receive the Toxinburst Handle.
Getting the Toxinburst Line
Use the Decayed Rod to catch a Venom Maw with the Decay mutation.
Once you obtain the mutated version, bring it to the Plagued Reaper NPC.

Getting the Toxinburst Shaft
