If you’ve stepped into Bellona’s area and felt completely lost… you’re not alone. This layer looks simple, but it’s actually one of those puzzle-heavy zones where missing one small step wastes a lot of time.
So here’s a clean, no-confusion guide on how to finish everything properly and unlock the reward.
Fisch Bellona’s Frenzy of War Layer – War Axe Unlock
The moment you enter the area, don’t start fishing immediately.
First thing you should do is:
- Run around the entire map
- Look for 5 hidden swords
They’re scattered across the area, so just keep moving and checking corners.
Once you collect all 5:
- Go to the sword rack
- Place all swords there
This unlocks the main hidden room
Unlocking the Statue Progression
Inside the newly opened room, you’ll find a helmet item.
Pick it up and:
- Take it to the nearby statue
- Place the helmet on it
This activates the first part of the statue puzzle.
Finding Shield Pieces (Important Step)
Next, you need:
- 2 shield pieces
These are also scattered around the map.
Once you get both:
- Bring them to another statue
- Submit both pieces
Now here’s where many players get stuck…
Hidden Fishing Requirement (Red Pool Mechanic)
One of the statue requirements is NOT found on land.
You actually need to:
- Fish in the red pool area
This pool is special because:
- It contains exclusive items and fish
- Some statue pieces only come from here
How to Spawn the Red Pool Fish
Some rare fish (like Legionary Lamprey) won’t spawn normally.
To trigger them:
- Perform 5 perfect catches in a row
After that:
- The special fish will spawn
- You can now catch required bestiary entries
Bestiary Completion Tips
To fully complete Bellona’s bestiary, here’s what matters:
- Black Perch → Only from red pool
- Rusty Hook → Use low luck + garbage bait
- Warlord’s Sojin → Red pool required
- Legionary Lamprey → Needs 5 perfect catches
If you’re struggling:
- Lower your rod luck for junk items
- Focus on perfect timing for rare spawns
Bellona’s War Axe (Final Reward)
After everything is done, you gain access to the shop reward:
Bellona’s War Axe
- Cost: 5,000,000
- Unlock condition: Full completion of the layer
