The Deadly Update Part 2 has just landed in Arise Crossover, and it’s easily one of the most content-packed updates the game has seen in a while. This patch expands nearly every core system — adding a new relic slot, more shadow capacity, extra progression depth, and even performance improvements for smoother gameplay. If you’re logging back in after a break, this update is a perfect time to dive back into grinding.
Let’s go over everything that’s been added or changed.
New Codes
Two new codes have been released for this update. Both give useful rewards like mode tokens, which can help speed up your progression or upgrades.
Active Codes:
DEADLY2INFINITECHECK
Redeem these as soon as possible before they expire — both are confirmed to work as of the latest patch.
Key Update Highlights
1. Additional Relic and Shadow Slots
Players now have access to:
- 9th Relic Slot
- 13th Shadow Slot
This change opens up more flexibility for both offensive and defensive setups. With more relic slots available, you can push further in Infinite and Infernal Castle while still maintaining specialized relic bonuses.
2. Infernal Castle Expansion
Infernal Castle now extends to Floor 400, giving veteran players plenty of new content to climb through.
The devs have also added checkpoints, finally making deep runs much more manageable. Instead of restarting from the bottom, you can now resume from your last checkpoint floor, saving hours of grind time.
3. Weapon Rebalance and Visual Settings
Weapons have been rebalanced to improve overall game pacing and progression flow.
Additionally, you can now:
- Disable weapon effects
- Hide particles
These options are a welcome quality-of-life addition, especially for players on lower-end devices or those experiencing lag in high-intensity fights.
4. Guild Upgrades
Guilds can now boost stats up to level 350, giving active communities more reasons to contribute. Higher guild levels will translate to stronger collective bonuses, so staying active in your guild is more important than ever.
New Relics in Infinite Castle
Four new relics have been added, obtainable from specific Infinite Castle floors. Here’s a full breakdown of each:
| Floor | Relic Name | Bonus Effects | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 125 | Epic Flame Bead | Boosts Shadow Levels and Weapon Levels | A powerful hybrid relic for damage scaling; great for shadow builds. |
| 150 | Cursed Lotus | Increases Drop Chance + Shadow Levels | Highly valuable for farming relics and rare drops. |
| 175 | Oni Blood Sigil | Massive Shadow Damage boost | Top-tier offensive relic; easily one of the best current DPS options. |
Each relic can be upgraded using Legendary Dust and Cores, but expect the cost to be steep — around 3,000 Legendary Dust and 30 Legendary Cores per major upgrade.
Fully upgrading them yields immense stat gains:
- Flame Bead: +96 Shadow Levels
- Cursed Lotus: +110 Shadow Levels
- Oni Blood Sigil: +119 Shadow Levels
These relics are part of the developer’s balancing plan, allowing newer players to catch up even without access to older limited-time event relics like those from the Halloween Monarch line.
Rebirth Changes
Increased Rebirth Points
Players now receive more stat points per rebirth, resolving an issue where power distribution between speed, reach, and shadow strength felt limited.
This means builds will scale better with each rebirth, and you’ll have more freedom in allocating your stats for specific roles (damage, range, or speed).
New Rebirth Title
A brand-new title has been introduced for players who complete their first rebirth:
Rebirth Initiate – Grants +35% XP
It’s a simple yet incredibly powerful reward for early rebirths, speeding up leveling dramatically.
Rebirth Visibility on Leaderboards
Rebirth counts are now displayed publicly on the leaderboards, letting top players showcase how far they’ve progressed. It’s a nice motivational touch for competitive grinders.
Other Changes & Adjustments
UGM+ Relic Upgrades
All relics can now be enhanced to UGM+ tier, pushing their effectiveness even further. The cost is heavy, but the stat jump is massive — with single-target damage numbers now scaling to DTG and beyond for top players.
Halloween Monarch Title Buff
The Halloween Monarch titles have received a significant buff, making them viable again. If you still have one of these from the past event, you’ll notice it performing far better than before.
Performance & Balance
Minor fixes and performance improvements have been added, smoothing out gameplay in heavy areas like Castle runs and large-scale fights.
Progression Milestones (Castle Floors & Titles)
Players have already reached impressive heights in Infinite Castle following the update. Here are a few key milestones:
| Floor | Reward/Title | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 300 | Time Checkpoint Added | Major QoL improvement for castle progression |
| 325 | Void Overlord Title | Provides significant power boost |
| 330+ | Endgame Cap (Current Max 338–350) | No relics beyond this yet; purely endurance and leaderboard territory |
While Floor 200+ is technically possible, it’s extremely challenging without a high-end relic setup. Current testing shows most solo players capping around Floor 185–190, though coordinated teams can push slightly higher.
Damage Scaling Snapshot
Post-update stat scaling has gone wild:
- Single Target Damage: ~61 TTG
- Double Target Damage: ~27 TTG
- Sword Example: Crimson Fang now capable of TG-tier damage
These massive jumps are due to UGM+ relic scaling and the rebalance allowing older players to catch up after the Halloween event relic imbalance.
The Deadly Update Part 2 is easily one of the most impactful patches for Arise Crossover. It fixes long-standing balance problems, extends endgame content, and introduces new ways to strengthen your build through relics, rebirths, and expanded systems.
