Powder Fist is one of the coolest new fighting styles added in the full release of Arcane Odyssey. It mixes raw hand-to-hand combat with explosive power, and once you unlock it, your punches start feeling a lot more destructive. The good news is that getting it is simple once you know exactly where to go and what to do.
Here is the complete, clean guide so you can unlock Powder Fist without wasting time.
Where to Start the Quest
Head to Monos Island.
Once you arrive, look for an NPC named Farah. She is the one who gives the Powder Fist quest.
To even accept this quest, your character must be at least Level 140. If you are under that level, you will not be able to start it yet.
What the Quest Requires
Farah will ask you to deliver gunpowder barrels.
You need to bring gunpowder barrels and place them at the marked spot near her.
Important rules while doing this:
Do not explode the barrels.
Exploding them will kill you and may also interfere with the quest progress.
Do not use the barrels that are sitting right next to Farah. They do not count for the quest.
You must find proper gunpowder barrels around the island and carefully transport them back.
How Many Barrels You Actually Need
The quest shows that you may need up to six barrels, but in practice you usually finish it with fewer. Most players complete the quest after delivering around four to six barrels.
Once the required amount is delivered, the quest will complete automatically.
Cost and Requirements
After completing the quest, you must pay:
300 Galleons
The Strength requirement for Powder Fist is very low, so almost any build that meets the level requirement can use it.
Monos Island has many quests in the Level 145–160 range. By the time you unlock Powder Fist, you will also be perfectly placed to grind several high-value quests nearby, making this one of the best leveling routes in the mid-to-late game.
Once unlocked, Powder Fist gives your melee attacks explosive power, turning basic punches into devastating hits. It feels aggressive, fast, and extremely satisfying in both PvE and PvP content.
If you are approaching Level 140, this is one of the first fighting styles you should aim for. It is easy to unlock, does not require heavy stat investment, and gives you a huge upgrade in combat power for the rest of your Arcane Odyssey journey.
