Own the Base Serrate Quinque – Ensure you already have the base version of Serrate equipped.
Meet the Rank Requirement – Typically, you must be at least B+ or higher to unlock V2.
Gather the Required RC Cells – Collect a large amount of RC Cells by devouring NPCs and other Ghouls.
Collect Serrate-Specific Fragments – Some updates introduce unique fragments that are needed for quinque evolutions.
Defeat and Devour High-Ranked NPCs or Players – Some evolutions require consuming strong enemies.
