Grow a Garden introduced the Gremlin as a Mythical-rarity pet in the latter part of the Halloween Event 2026. This pet can be earned through the Trick-Or-Treating rewards system, which allows players to use Candy Corn for potential prizes. Its main feature is enhancing the chances of acquiring high-rarity Pet Mutations from the Mutation Machine, making it a valuable asset.
This article delves into the Gremlin, detailing its purpose and how to acquire it in Grow a Garden.
Breaking down the Gremlin in Grow a Garden
How to get
You can obtain the Gremlin via the Trick-Or-Treating process, which requires you to submit 10 Candy Corn per attempt. This action will grant you either a trick or a treat, with an 80% likelihood of getting a treat and a 20% chance of receiving a trick.
When you receive a treat, there’s a 5% chance that the Gremlin will be the reward. If you acquire it, it will automatically be added to your inventory. In contrast, receiving a trick won’t yield rewards, but you’ll get back 25% of the Candy Corn you spent.
Each interaction with Trick-Or-Treating doubles the Candy Corn cost. However, this cost resets after eight hours, allowing you to try again at the original 10 Candy Corn price.
To gather Candy Corn easily, sell Halloween-themed fruits at specific event Sell stations. Alternatively, engaging continuously with the Witches Brew system can also yield Candy Corn when you submit Halloween-themed fruits or fruits with Halloween-type Mutations.
