Flying pets in Prehistoric Farm Roblox significantly enhance navigation across islands. Rather than using a Dinghy to traverse waters, players can soar on these pets, making exploration quicker and allowing friendly rides. They also unlock access to exciting Sky Races, where extra Coins can be earned.

To secure the first flying pet, locate Clara the Airborne on Sky Spires Island and complete her quests. Tasks include catching Pufferfish, breaking Triassic Rocks, and paying 10,000 Coins for an egg. There are five flying pets to choose from; notably, Quetzalcoatlus boasts the highest speed but is also the rarest.

  • Prehistoric Farm Codes

The primary method of acquiring flying pets in Prehistoric Farm involves quest completion from Clara the Airborne, an NPC situated at Sky Spires Island’s center. She provides players with eggs that hatch into flying companions, but reaching Level 20 is essential to access her quests.

The main way to obtain flying pets in Prehistoric Farm is by completing quests from Clara the Airborne. She is an NPC located in the middle of Sky Spires Island, and she gives players eggs that can hatch into flying pets. However, you must reach Level 20 before you can accept her quests, so make sure you meet this requirement first.

To reach Sky Spires Island, head towards Auction Island and look for visible buoys. Follow these buoys to the island, then proceed straight along the main path from the dock to find Clara awaiting your arrival.

Once Clara’s quests are unlocked, players can repeat them to obtain additional eggs. Each one costs 10,000 Coins after the required tasks are completed, allowing another chance to hatch a flying pet. Repeating the process is often necessary to obtain the desired Quetzalcoatlus.

Clara assigns two main quests that must be completed before purchasing an egg. Learning efficient strategies to finish these tasks can save time, as objectives remain recurring.

Clara gives you two main quests whenever you start the process of obtaining a flying pet. You need to complete both tasks before she allows you to purchase an egg. The objectives remain the same when you repeat the process, so learning the fastest way to finish them can save time.

Here are the quests you need to complete:

  • Catch 20 Pufferfish.
  • Break 70 Triassic Rocks.

Simply finishing both objectives doesn’t grant an egg outright. After each quest, return to Clara for progress acknowledgment and to commence the next task. For instance, catch 20 Pufferfish, then return to Clara before beginning the Triassic Rocks quest.

Upon completing both tasks, Clara allows the purchase of an egg for 10,000 Coins. Players can initiate the quest cycle anew for another flying pet. Generally, the most time-consuming aspects are gathering enough Pufferfish and breaking the required Triassic Rocks, hence having fishing gear and a shovel ready is advisable.

The first task involves catching 20 Pufferfish. Players will need a fishing rod and bait, which can be acquired at Home Island. Though Pufferfish are classified as Rare, optimal casting techniques can simplify the job.

Follow these steps to collect the required fish:

Follow these steps to collect the required fish:

  1. Go to Home Island and reach the docks.
  2. Locate Hikomi on the left side and obtain a fishing rod.
  3. Speak to Tylo the Fisher for bait.
  4. Equip your fishing rod and bait, then approach water.
  5. Perform Good Casts to catch 20 Pufferfish.
  6. Return to Clara at Sky Spires Island to finish the quest.

Aim for Good Casts while fishing Pufferfish, as weak casts won’t yield what is needed. Consistently hitting Perfect Casts might lead to higher-rarity fish, so Good Casts strike a better balance in catching those elusive Pufferfish.

After catching 20 fish, head back to Sky Spires Island and communicate with Clara, who will update your quest completion and allow progression to the next task.

Triassic Rocks are located on Triassic Island, positioned to the left of Cambrian Island. To satisfy Clara’s second quest, players need to break 70 of these rocks, necessitating the right equipment before heading there. A Silver Shovel or superior shovel is required, as lesser tools won’t suffice.

Those with a Silver Shovel can start breaking Triassic Rocks as soon as they arrive on Triassic Island. Gather until reaching 70 rocks, then return to Clara to mark the quest as completed. Without a Silver Shovel, players will need to collect the necessary materials and purchase one beforehand.

If you already own a Silver Shovel, travel to Triassic Island and start breaking the available Triassic Rocks. Continue gathering the required amount until you reach 70, then return to Clara to register the completed quest. If you do not have a Silver Shovel yet, you will need to collect the materials and purchase one first.

The Silver Shovel is available at the Shovel Shop on Home Island. Players must gather specific materials and Coins for the purchase, preparing beforehand.

Requirements for obtaining the Silver Shovel include:

  • 5 Aquamarine Shards.
  • 8 Red Jasper.
  • 8,000 Coins.
  • 5 Aquamarine Shards.
  • 8 Red Jasper.
  • 8,000 Coins.

Aquamarine Shards can be mined from rocks on Cambrian Island, while Red Jasper is sourced from Devonian Island. Gather the necessary materials before returning to Home Island.

Once all materials are collected, proceed to the Shovel Shop to purchase the Silver Shovel. With this tool, resume breaking rocks on Triassic Island to finish Clara’s quest. Allocate ample time to gather 70 rocks, especially if this is the initial flying pet quest.

All Flying Pets in Prehistoric Farm

There are five distinct flying pets in Prehistoric Farm obtainable by hatching eggs from Clara. These companions enable swift travel across the map, outperforming boats. Their varying flying speeds will affect mobility, so the pet received plays a role in overall efficiency.

The following is the complete list of available flying pets from Clara:

  • Pterodactylus
  • Rhamphorhynchus
  • Tapejara
  • Pteranodon
  • Quetzalcoatlus

Quetzalcoatlus stands out as the fastest flying pet in Prehistoric Farm, ideal for those wanting to traverse the environment swiftly. However, it has a rarity factor, holding only a 5% chance of appearing in Clara’s eggs, likely requiring several quest repetitions.

As each egg costs 10,000 Coins post-quests, ensure sufficient funds for the search for Quetzalcoatlus. Players may opt for another pet while earning Coins for repeated tries until securing the desired partner.

Acquiring a flying pet egg marks only the start. Post-hatching, equip the pet to the Ranch and nurture it until reaching adulthood. Freshly hatched pets cannot be immediately used for flying, so fulfilling growth needs is crucial first.

Once the flying pet matures, locate the plus sign (+) on the right screen to designate it as your Partner. After this step, the pet can be summoned for flying around the map.

Flying pets serve beyond simple travel; players can join Sky Races for Coins, enhancing the reason to obtain and improve flying buddies. These pets can also carry an additional player, making island exploration with friends more enjoyable.

Should obtaining Quetzalcoatlus be your aim, the roadmap remains clear: fulfill Clara’s quests, pay for the egg, and repeat efforts until success. Equipped with the promptest flying companion, island travel throughout Prehistoric Farm transforms into a more effortless experience.

If your goal is to get Quetzalcoatlus, the process is straightforward but requires patience. Complete Clara’s two quests, pay the 10,000-Coin egg cost, and repeat the process until you obtain its egg. With the fastest flying pet equipped, traveling across Prehistoric Farm becomes much more convenient.
