When you first load into TR Legacy, it can seem like every player already owns an expensive superbike while you’re riding around on a starter motorcycle. The good news is that making money in this game is actually much easier than it looks once you know where to farm and what to spend your cash on.

The biggest mistake I see new players make is driving around the city hoping money will magically pile up. Instead, you should be focusing on one location that consistently earns cash much faster than almost anywhere else.

This guide covers everything you need to know to build up money quickly, unlock better motorcycles, level up faster, and avoid wasting your early-game cash.

TR Legacy Beginner Guide – Fast Money Farming, Best AFK Method, Codes & Progression Tips (Roblox)

The gameplay is fairly simple:

  • Earn money by riding.
  • Gain experience (XP).
  • Buy faster motorcycles.
  • Upgrade your collection.
  • Repeat with better bikes.

As your motorcycle improves, you’ll be able to travel faster and earn money more efficiently.

The Highway Is the Best Place to Farm Money

If your goal is making money quickly, the Highway should be your first destination.

You can reach it by:

  • Using the Highway teleporter.
  • Selecting Highway from the teleport menu.

The highway gives you long, uninterrupted roads where you can continuously drive without constantly stopping for turns or traffic.

That’s exactly what makes it one of the best farming locations in the game.

Easy AFK Money Farming Method

One of the easiest ways to earn money is by using the highway with your motorcycle.

Once you’re on the highway:

  1. Accelerate to around 120 km/h (or faster if your bike allows).
  2. Keep your motorcycle centered on the road.
  3. On PC, open the Roblox menu briefly and return to the game.
  4. Your motorcycle will continue moving while you only need to make small steering adjustments.

Instead of constantly holding down the throttle, you’ll mostly just steer occasionally to stay on the road.

It’s not completely hands-free since you’ll still need to correct your direction, but it’s a very relaxed way to earn money over time.

The straighter you keep your bike, the longer you can continue farming without interruption.

Redeem Codes Immediately

One of the fastest ways to jump ahead is by redeeming every available code.

Codes give free cash and experience, which means you can skip some of the early grinding and unlock better motorcycles much sooner.

Open the Shop, head to the Codes section, and redeem every active code before buying anything.

Working TR Legacy Codes

At the time of the guide, these codes are available:

Code Reward
THANKS45KLIKES $30,000 Cash + 1,000 XP
TRLEGACYRELEASE $40,000 Cash + 1,000 XP

These rewards are enough to significantly boost your starting budget, making your first major motorcycle upgrade much easier to afford.

Spend Your First Cash on a Better Bike

After redeeming your codes and farming on the highway for a while, avoid wasting money on cosmetic purchases.

Instead, save for a stronger motorcycle.

A better bike usually offers:

  • Higher top speed
  • Faster acceleration
  • Better long-distance farming
  • Easier highway grinding

The faster your motorcycle is, the quicker you’ll continue earning money.

Sell Your Old Motorcycle

Before buying a replacement, remember to sell your current motorcycle.

Even though the resale value won’t cover the full purchase price, every extra dollar helps increase your budget.

There’s no reason to let an unused beginner bike sit in your garage.

Test Every New Bike

After buying a motorcycle, don’t immediately assume it’s better in every way.

Take it onto the highway and test:

  • Top speed
  • Acceleration
  • Steering
  • Stability

Some bikes feel much smoother than others even if their speed stats are similar.

Finding a bike that feels comfortable to ride makes long farming sessions much easier.

Faster Bikes Mean Faster Progress

One thing you’ll notice after upgrading is just how much quicker the game feels.

Instead of cruising around at lower speeds, you’ll eventually reach well over 200 km/h, allowing you to travel across the map in seconds.

Higher speeds also make highway farming more rewarding because you’re constantly covering more distance.

Highway Farming Tips

If you’re spending a lot of time on the highway, these small habits make a difference:

Stay near the center lane

This gives you more room to react if your bike starts drifting.

Make gentle steering corrections

Sharp turns at high speeds usually end with you hitting the barriers.

Build speed gradually

Instantly trying to reach maximum speed often makes controlling the bike more difficult.

Keep farming consistently

Longer highway sessions generally produce much better results than constantly teleporting around the map.

How to Rev Your Motorcycle (PC)

If you want to rev your motorcycle while standing still on PC:

  • Hold W and S at the same time.

This spins the rear wheel and lets you rev the engine without riding away.

It’s purely for fun but adds a nice bit of realism when hanging out with other players.

Best Beginner Progression

If you’re starting with almost no money, follow this order:

  1. Redeem every active code.
  2. Teleport to the Highway.
  3. Farm money using the highway method.
  4. Save for a better motorcycle.
  5. Sell your old bike.
  6. Buy your upgrade.
  7. Return to the Highway and repeat.

This progression keeps your income increasing without wasting money on unnecessary purchases.

Beginner Mistakes to Avoid

Ignoring codes

Free cash and XP give you a huge early advantage.

Buying every motorcycle

You don’t need every bike. Focus on meaningful upgrades instead.

Leaving the highway too early

The highway remains one of the most reliable money-making locations throughout the early game.

Spending all your money immediately

Always leave yourself with enough cash to continue progressing if a better motorcycle becomes available.

Forgetting to sell old bikes

That resale money helps cover the cost of your next upgrade.

Tips for Faster Progress

  • Farm primarily on the Highway.
  • Redeem every new code as soon as it’s released.
  • Upgrade motorcycles instead of buying cosmetic items.
  • Test new bikes before committing to long farming sessions.
  • Sell motorcycles you no longer use.
  • Keep steering smooth when driving at high speeds.
  • Save your money for major performance upgrades rather than small purchases.

TR Legacy rewards consistency more than anything else. Once you discover how effective the highway is for farming money, progression becomes much smoother. Combine that with active codes, smart motorcycle upgrades, and a simple farming routine, and you’ll quickly move from the starter bike to high-performance motorcycles capable of cruising well above 200 km/h.

The key is to keep reinvesting your earnings into better bikes instead of spending cash on unnecessary extras. Stick with that strategy, and you’ll build an impressive garage much faster than players who simply ride around the city without a plan.
