The Tokyo Ghoul update in Sailor Piece introduced Isolation Island, a brand-new endgame area connected to Black Reaper progression, Ghoul materials, new enemies, and fresh boss content. However, players cannot access the island immediately after entering the update.
To unlock the area, you must complete the Blood Flower Quest, which requires collecting six hidden flowers scattered around C2.
Here is the fastest route for unlocking Isolation Island without wasting time searching randomly across the map.
Blood Flower NPC
Before collecting any flowers, players must first accept the quest from the correct NPC.
NPC Location
Go to Starter Island and head upward from the teleport area toward the right-side mountain section.
At the top area near the mountain, you will find the Blood Flower NPC hidden away from the main pathways.
Speak to the NPC before collecting any flowers.
If you skip this step, the flowers will not count toward quest progress.
Blood Flower Route
The fastest route follows a clean island order to reduce unnecessary travel.
Recommended Order
- Starter Island
- Bizari Island
- Punch Island
- World Island
- Slaya Island
- Blue Planet Island
Following this order keeps the route efficient and easy to remember.
Starter Island
The first flower is located on Starter Island itself.
Location
From the Starter Island teleport, head toward the left side and move behind the nearby mountain area.
The flower is hidden behind the mountain close to the spawn region, making it the easiest one to grab first.
Bizari Island
The second flower is located on Bizari Island.
Location
After teleporting, head toward the right side of the island and continue behind the mountain near the outer section.
The flower is tucked behind the terrain instead of sitting directly on the main path.
Punch Island
The third flower appears on Punch Island.
Location
From the teleport area, move left toward the nearby building.
The flower is hidden behind the structure close to the edge instead of deeper inside the island.
Many players waste time searching too far inward when the flower is actually near the outer side.
World Island
The fourth flower can be found on World Island.
Location
Travel downward toward the lower section filled with NPCs.
Once there, locate the Power NPC. The flower is hidden behind that NPC near the back area.
If you only search the upper sections of the island, you will probably miss this one entirely.
Slaya Island
The fifth flower is one of the more hidden locations in the quest.
Location
From the Slaya Island spawn point, move toward the world boss area.
Once near the boss direction, turn right and locate two nearby trees.
The flower is hidden inside the second tree area.
This is one of the easiest flowers to accidentally run past.
Blue Planet Island
The sixth and final flower is located on Blue Planet Island.
Location
Travel toward the Spirit Warrior NPC.
Behind that NPC area is a mountain, and the flower is hidden behind the mountain section nearby.
Using the Spirit Warrior NPC as a landmark makes this location much easier to find.
Isolation Island Unlock
After collecting all six flowers, the Blood Flower Quest automatically completes and unlocks Isolation Island.
This gives players access to:
- Black Reaper progression
- Reaper Key farming
- Black Reaper boss
- Ghoul materials
- New mastery quests
- Additional rewards and cosmetics
Black Reaper Connection
Isolation Island is especially important because it contains the entire Black Reaper progression route.
Players can:
- Farm Reaper Keys
- Summon Black Reaper boss
- Unlock Black Reaper melee
- Begin the F move mastery questline
Without unlocking the island first, none of the Ghoul update’s major progression systems become available.
New Codes
The update also added several new redeemable codes.
Current Codes
- mastery
- ghoulupdate
- smelldelegal
- bigcontentupdate
- sorryforstartbugs
These codes may reward useful progression items depending on the current patch version.
The Blood Flower Quest initially feels confusing because several flowers are hidden behind terrain, mountains, buildings, and trees. However, once you know the correct island order and landmarks, the entire route becomes surprisingly fast.
Unlocking Isolation Island is currently one of the most important progression steps in Sailor Piece because it opens the door to Black Reaper, Ghoul farming, and the rest of the Tokyo Ghoul update content.
