The Blood Flower Quest begins from the hidden NPC on Starter Island. Once accepted, players must collect:
- 6 Blood Flowers hidden around the map
After gathering all six, Isolation Island becomes accessible.
Bazar Island
The first Blood Flower can be found on Bazar Island near the Coliseum area.
Location
Head around the outer side of the Coliseum section and search near the lower edge of the island terrain. The flower is tucked near the side path and can be easy to miss from a distance.
Once collected, your progress updates to 1/6.
Starter Island C2
The second Blood Flower is located on Starter Island C2.
Location
Move toward the lower side pathway of the island and continue around the edge until you spot the flower near the ground beside the outer wall area.
This is one of the easier flowers to grab once you know the correct side.
Slayer Island
The third Blood Flower is hidden on Slayer Island.
Location
Travel toward the boss area, then move along the nearby path leading down toward the lower section of the island. The flower sits close to the boss region near the edge of the terrain.
After collecting this one, you should reach 3/6 progress.
Blue Planet
The fourth Blood Flower appears on Blue Planet.
Location
Go toward the middle section of the island, then drop down toward the lower pathway nearby. The flower is sitting near the ledge area and is fairly visible once you approach the center properly.
This brings the total to 4/6.
Punch Island
The fifth Blood Flower is hidden on Punch Island.
Location
Search one of the built-up corner sections around the island. The flower spawns near one of the outer corners surrounded by structures and terrain pieces.
This location can take slightly longer to find because several corners look similar at first glance.
After collecting it, only one Blood Flower remains.
World 2 Portal Area
The final Blood Flower is hidden near the World 2 portal section.
Location
Head toward the World 2 portal area and drop down beneath the platform region. The flower can be found below the main portal structure in a hidden lower section many players completely overlook.
This area surprises a lot of players because it feels disconnected from the rest of the Ghoul questline.
Once collected, all six Blood Flowers are complete.
Isolation Island Unlock
After obtaining every Blood Flower, players can finally access Isolation Island, the newest area added in the Ghoul Update.
The island contains:

- New enemies
