The Lullaby Hunt in Fisch is one of those community-driven mysteries where things evolve fast. One day you’re just fishing, next day you’re solving hidden puzzles across multiple islands.
If you’ve already reached the secret Hawaii area and talked to Simon, this guide picks up from there and walks you through the current known progress in a way that actually makes sense.
Starting Point
Once you begin the questline, your first real objective is:
Get a Forgotten Celestial Koi
Here’s how it actually works:
- You need the Celestial Koi (Mythic) from Atlantis
- Then apply the Forgotten mutation (using Ruin)
The location isn’t random either. Head deep into Atlantis, into the puzzle room area where mythics spawn. If you’ve opened that room before, you already know the grind.
After getting it, don’t just hold it.
What Most Players Miss
You must:
- Go to Sunstone Island (backside fishing area)
- Activate a Starfall event (using a totem)
- Equip the fish and “use” it
No starfall = no progress. This is where a lot of people get stuck.
Owl Quest
Now things get more interesting.
Step 1: Get a Lunar Moonstone
- Spawn meteors or trade for one
- Appraise it until you get the Lunar variant
This part is RNG-heavy, so don’t expect it instantly.
Step 2: Trigger the Shadow in Boreal Pines
Head to Boreal Pines and go near the arch area.
You need specific conditions:
- Night time
- Fog active (use Smokscreen Totem if needed)
Then:
- Equip the Lunar Moonstone
- A shadow entity appears
- Interact with it
That completes this section.
Shadow Quest
This is where the grind spikes a bit.
Step 1: Catch Translucent Baby Bloopfish
- You MUST catch it yourself (trading doesn’t count)
- Use Ghastly enchant to get the translucent mutation
- Use Bloop Whistles to increase chances
No enchant = wasted time.
Step 2: Return to Boreal Pines Again
Different spot this time:
- Near the twin docks area
- Behind the tree arch
Conditions again:
- Foggy night required
Equip the fish, interact with the shadow, and you’re done.
Final Shadow Step
Now the quest sends you deeper.
Step 1: Catch Serene Ancient Depth Serpent
- Found in Depths during Absolute Darkness event
- Must be caught manually
This is not a casual catch. Be ready for retries.
Step 2: Final Shadow Location
Back to Boreal Pines (again, yes):
- Climb the mountain near the green hut
- Look toward the glacier area
- Use Smokscreen Totem + Night
Equip the serpent → shadow appears → interact.
That completes this entire segment.
Strange Language Quest
Now you’ll get a quest with weird symbols.
Ignore the text, focus on the requirement:
Catch 7 Perfect Blessed Flying Fish (or doves)
Location:
- Above the Clouds area
Requirements:
- Seraphic Rod (for Blessed effect)
- At least 150+ casting distance
- Use enchants like Long / Glitter to reach
Important detail:
These must be perfect catches, not just normal ones.
Hades Maze Quest – “Trapped”
This part feels like a completely different game.
Head to Hades and unlock the maze:
- 125 normal wisps
- 25 dark wisps
- Buy lantern
Inside the maze:
- Turn right immediately
- Hug the wall and move upward
- Use glider + velocity coil
Eventually, you’ll find an NPC asking for help.
Talk to him to unlock the next step:
“See how I circle (0/12)”
Current Progress
At this stage, the community has reached:
- Multiple shadow interactions completed
- Fishing-based puzzle chains solved
- Hades maze unlocked
- New objective: 0/12 unknown task
That last part is still being figured out, so if you’re here, you’re basically caught up with everyone else.
This isn’t a normal questline. It’s more like a live puzzle that the entire playerbase is solving together.
What makes it interesting:
- You’re forced to revisit old locations in new ways
- Weather and timing actually matter
- Some steps require skill, others require luck
If you’re progressing through this, you’re already ahead of most players. And once the full hunt is solved, this is going to be one of those quests people wish they experienced live.
