The Toxic-Proof Raft is an important progression item in Fisch. Without it, traveling through the toxic water areas becomes extremely difficult because normal rafts do not have enough durability to survive the crossing.

Certain areas in the update contain toxic water that damages your raft over time. If you try to cross with a normal raft, it will usually break before you reach the other side.
The Toxic-Proof Raft solves this problem by giving significantly higher durability.
With 150 durability, you can safely travel across the toxic water and access new zones that would otherwise be unreachable.
Step 1 – Wait for a Toxic Boil Event
The first step is finding a Toxic Boil.
This is a special hunt event that appears randomly in the toxic cave water. When it spawns, you will notice bubbling toxic water on the surface.
These boiling spots are important because they contain exclusive hunt fish that cannot be caught anywhere else.
If you are using a Fish Radar, the event will also appear labeled as a Toxic Boil.
Step 2 – Catch the Two Legendary Fish
Inside the Toxic Boil, you must catch two specific legendary fish.
These fish only spawn inside this event and cannot be obtained through normal fishing.
To catch them:
- Wait for the Toxic Boil to appear.
- Cast your rod directly into the bubbling water.
- Continue fishing there until both legendary fish are caught.
Because the spawn is random, you may need to wait for another Toxic Boil if you do not get both fish during the same event.
Step 3 – Turn the Fish in to Olivia
Once you catch the required legendary fish, bring them to Olivia, the NPC responsible for the raft reward.
Interact with Olivia and hand in the required fish.
After completing the turn-in, Olivia will reward you with the Toxic-Proof Raft.

Because the Toxic Boil event is random, waiting for it can sometimes take time. A few tricks can help speed things up.

Keep Fish Radar enabled if possible. This makes it easier to spot the Toxic Boil event immediately when it appears.
Since the cave is small, quickly scanning the water every time the time changes is an efficient way to find the event.
