Below is the complete step-by-step breakdown for unlocking and evolving Doflamingo, Shanks, and Whitebeard the right way.
How to Get Doflamingo (Happy Factory Raid Secret)
Doflamingo is obtained from the brand new Happy Factory Raid, which is located in the Raids area. This raid has two stages, and both can give you Doflamingo, but Stage Two is the fastest and most efficient method.
Start by entering Happy Factory Act 1. Behind the enemy spawn you will see a giant yellow beam of light. Walk into it and interact with the keypad.
The raid automatically generates a four-digit access code during the match.
At the top of your screen, your wave counter will turn green and display red digits. Those digits are the code you must enter on the keypad.
Once entered correctly, you will unlock Stage 2.
Stage 2 is significantly harder but extremely rewarding.
Inside Stage 2:
• Doflamingo and Chopper are both 50/50 drops
• You receive 50 coins per clear
• This stage saves huge amounts of time compared to Act 1

How to Get Whitebeard (World Destroyer Event Secret)
Whitebeard is obtained through the World Destroyer Event Mode.
Go to the Summon Area and enter the World Destroyer portal.
Inside, you will be given a preset team and your only objective is to survive as long as possible.
Every 10 waves, a random boss spawns.
There are six possible bosses.
