The Treasure Rod is back in Fisch, and this time it is not just another collectible rod added for decoration. This rod sits directly in the middle of the new Trading Plaza economy, and owning it puts you in a completely different progression bracket. If you are starting to take Fisch seriously, this is one of the first high-value rods you should aim for.
Getting it is not difficult, but the game never clearly explains the steps, which causes many players to miss it completely.
What You Need Before You Can Go to Treasure Island
You cannot reach Treasure Island by normal travel.
To unlock the island, you must first obtain the Traveler’s Whistle. This item is sold by the roaming Merchant NPC. The Merchant spawns randomly, and when he does appear, there is a chance that he will sell the Traveler’s Whistle.
The whistle usually costs around 200,000 cash, so make sure you have enough money saved before you start hunting the Merchant.
Once you buy the whistle, it becomes your permanent teleport key to Treasure Island.
How to Teleport to Treasure Island
Open your inventory
Select the Traveler’s Whistle
Click on the “Other” tab
Activate the whistle
You will instantly teleport to Treasure Island and spawn directly on top of a golden treasure platform.
Finding the Treasure Rod Location
After you arrive on Treasure Island, do not move randomly. The rod is hidden slightly below the main platform.
From the spawn point:
Walk forward
Turn left
Look for a large open pit in the ground
Jump down into the pit
At the bottom of this pit, you will see the Treasure Rod vendor.
Buying the Treasure Rod
The Treasure Rod costs 50,000 cash.
Once purchased, it becomes one of the most stable high-tier rods in the game and fits perfectly into the new Trading Plaza economy, especially if you are aiming to farm, flip items, and grow your cash flow efficiently.
The Treasure Rod is designed for players who are starting to transition from early game fishing into mid-game trading and profit loops.
