It sits slightly left of southwest from Desert Kingdom.
If you’re spawning into Second Sea for the first time, Desert Kingdom is the perfect starting point.
Step-By-Step Route to Whole Cake Island
Start at Desert Kingdom
Desert Kingdom is the first island most players land on in Second Sea. From here:
• Face toward the ocean
• Turn slightly left of southwest
• Sail straight out from the island
There are no complicated turns or hidden paths. Just keep moving in that direction and you will eventually see Whole Cake Island rising out of the water.
You’ll know you’re close when the sky color shifts and the candy-themed terrain becomes visible.
Docking and Setting Your Spawn
Once you arrive:
• Sail around the island edge until you find the main docks
• Dock your ship
• Immediately set your spawn point there
This saves you tons of travel time later because most of the new content is tied directly to this island.
Right beside the docks you’ll also find the Eternal Log Pose, which permanently unlocks Whole Cake Island on your map.
