Alongside this, Bloop Fish behaviour has been updated, accessory handling has been improved, and several under-the-hood fixes make the game run smoother than previous patches.

Alien Arrival and UFO Crash
The update begins with a major world event: an alien NPC has crashed his UFO directly into Rosit Bay. This character cannot speak the local language, which sets the stage for new interactions and quests. Players are encouraged to approach him, observe his animations, and pay attention to the mysterious blade strapped to his back—an item that may play a larger role in future updates.
Bloop Fish Hunt Improvements
The Bloop Fish has been updated with stronger attacks and a more threatening behavior pattern. Natural Bloop hunts now feel significantly more intense because the fish hits harder than before. Although its spawn chances remain low, each encounter is more impactful and dangerous. Players who engage in Bloop hunting will immediately feel the difference.
Accessory Equipment Updates
Accessories now save properly thanks to improvements in the equipment bag system. Any hats, back items, or wearable upgrades you equip remain on your character even when traveling between locations. This quality-of-life change removes the stress of losing your setup every time the map changes.
Abundance System Rework
Abundance events received a major overhaul. Natural abundances can now spawn far more fish and include stronger species that previously failed to appear. This increases the overall value of participating in abundance spawns and makes them one of the most effective farming methods for players who rely on high-volume catches.
