Gamepasses dramatically shape how efficiently you progress in The Forge. Some of them transform AFK farming, others make crafting smoother, and a few are simply not worth the price. This The Forge Gamepass Tier List guide breaks down every major gamepass, explains its true value, and ranks them to help you decide what to buy first.

The ranking considers cost, long-term usefulness, and how much impact the pass has on both active and AFK gameplay.

The Forge Gamepass Tier List and Purchase Guide

S-Tier Gamepasses – High Value, Big Impact

These passes provide major convenience or profit boosts and are worth buying even if you’re trying to stay low-budget.

Double Storage
This is one of the strongest gamepasses in the entire game because it directly increases how long you can farm before filling your inventory. If you rely on AFK mining, this becomes essential since longer cycles mean more ore collected per session. The low price combined with massive utility makes it an obvious S-tier choice.

Sell Anywhere
This pass changes the way players AFK farm. If you understand how to set up basic macros, you can automatically sell your inventory without returning to the main shop. This means uninterrupted mining sessions that generate money while you’re away. Even for active players, instant selling removes unnecessary downtime. Its value is enormous, especially for long grinding sessions.

Forge Anywhere
This becomes extremely strong when paired with fast forge or macros. Being able to forge on the spot means you never have to visit the forging area again, which saves more time than most players expect. For AFK-focused players, this is an S-tier pass because it opens the door to fully automated ore farming and forging loops.

Supporter (XP + Luck Boost)
A passive 10% XP boost and a constant luck increase seem simple on paper, but they affect everything you do. Faster leveling allows earlier access to new ores and better tiers of gear, while the luck increase pushes rare drops and better outcomes more frequently. It’s a passive benefit that supports every type of player, so it naturally belongs in S-tier.

A-Tier Gamepasses – Strong but Not Mandatory

These passes offer meaningful benefits, but they are not as game-changing as the top-tier choices.

Fast Forge
Fast Forge compresses forging time by skipping animations and reducing waiting periods. You jump straight into the mini-game, speeding up the entire process. This becomes especially helpful when you forge frequently or want to push multiple batches of gear in a short session. It doesn’t redefine gameplay, but it noticeably improves quality of life.

B-Tier Gamepasses – Useful, but Outclassed

These passes help in specific areas but don’t offer enough power or value to be recommended before the essential ones.

Better Forge Quality (+30% Forge Quality)
Despite sounding important, forge quality isn’t the main factor determining strong gear. The true strength of your equipment comes from the ores you place into the forge, such as Fire Ore, Darkrite, or Demon Eye. The pass becomes even harder to justify when you consider its higher price. It’s not useless, but it provides much less impact compared to other options.

What Should You Buy First?

If you’re working with a limited budget or want the biggest benefit per Robux spent, the recommended priority is:

  1. Double Storage
  2. Sell Anywhere
  3. Supporter
  4. Forge Anywhere
  5. Fast Forge (optional but helpful)
  6. Better Forge Quality (only buy if you really enjoy forging optimization)

This setup ensures smoother progression in every category—mining, crafting, leveling, and automation.

Every gamepass in The Forge serves a purpose, but only a few genuinely shift your progression speed. The S-tier options unlock long-term value, especially for players who rely on farming and crafting loops. Meanwhile, mid-tier passes provide quality of life upgrades but aren’t essential for efficient progression.
