If you’ve just started your Slayer journey in New Moon, one of the first major milestones you’ll face is the Final Selection — the survival test that decides whether you officially become a Demon Slayer. 1. Requirements to Enter Final Selection
Before you can begin the Final Selection, you must reach a certain Slayer rank.

If you’re not Kanoto yet, you’ll need to rank up first.
2. How to Rank Up to Kanoto Fast
Ranking up in New Moon is entirely mission-based and currently PvP-focused (there’s no PvE yet). Here’s how to rank efficiently:

- Open the Mission tab.

- Go straight from that exit.

- Stand on the teleport circle — it will automatically take you into the Final Selection instance.

The Final Selection is a survival event — your only goal is to stay alive until daytime.
