The Final Wave of the Halloween event has arrived, and this GPO Final Part 3 Halloween Update packs in new cosmetic drops, a major Battle Royale expansion, a brand-new fishing rod system tied to Devil Fruits, and more quality-of-life upgrades that players have been waiting for. Here is a clear look at everything you should know before diving in.
GPO Final Part 3 Halloween Update – Devil Fruit Rod, Codes
New Limited-Time Accessories and Items
A fresh set of cosmetics has joined the rotation, but obtaining them won’t be as simple as visiting the Traveling Merchant. Here’s how each category works.
Traveling Merchant Steampunk Rotation
The Traveling Merchant now has a 5 percent chance to spawn with a Steampunk-themed shop. When this rare rotation appears, you gain access to five new exclusive cosmetics:
- Powderpunk Outfit
- Shadowrunner Mask
- Shadowrunner’s Outfit
- Street Enforcer Outfit
- Wastelander Goggles
These pieces are purely cosmetic but highly desirable due to their limited availability. Players will need patience and good timing to catch the correct shop theme.
Battle Royale Champion Rewards
A new set of prestigious cosmetics has been added to the Battle Royale. Winning a match while dealing 10,000 or more damage awards you one random Champion-themed item that you do not already own. All of them can also be worn inside BR.
Rewards include:
- Battle Royale Champion’s Cape
- Battle Royale Champion’s Crown
- Battle Royale Champion’s Monocle
- Battle Royale Champion’s Tophat
These cosmetics are designed to highlight consistent high-skill performance rather than simple win trading.
Tradeable Race Rerolls
Race rerolls can now be turned into tradeable items. This is a major shift to the trading meta.
- You can convert your race rerolls into Race Reroll Tokens at the Trade Hub.
- Tokens can be traded among players.
- You can redeem tokens to convert them back into rerolls at any time.
This creates a new mid-tier trading currency, making it easier for players to exchange rerolls without relying on gifting or codes.
Miscellaneous New Additions
A few standout additions also arrived outside of cosmetics:
| Item | How to Obtain | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| All-Seeing Ba’al | Robux Shop | Premium purchase item |
| Endbringer Wings | True Demon Ba’al | Boss drop |
| Endbringer Armor | True Demon Ba’al | Boss drop |
| Rare Fish Luck Brew | Crafting | Boosts fishing outcomes |
The True Demon Ba’al rewards are the major chase items for PvE players this update.
New Fishing Rod System
Fishing has gained its most important upgrade to date, introducing the first rod that affects Devil Fruit acquisition.
Devil Fruit Rod
Increases the chance of fishing up a Devil Fruit by 35 percent, but the effect only activates if the catch rolled as a Legendary.
Fruits obtained using this rod count toward your Legendary pity.
Important correction from the developers:
The initial implementation boosted the chance to only 13.5 percent due to incorrect math. This is now fixed on new servers.
New Blueprint
Devil Fruit Rod Blueprint: Allows crafting of the Devil Fruit Rod.
To craft it, you need all the Devil Fruits that can be fished (confirmed by the developer).
This makes crafting the rod a long-term grind rather than a quick unlock, but its value is extremely high for fruit hunters.
Battle Royale Updates
A newly reworked Battle Royale map has dropped.
New BR Map
- Condensed version of key islands from the First Sea.
- Tighter layout encourages faster engagements.
- Water behaves similarly to the previous BR map.
Additional fixes and improvements:
- One of the ziplines has been fixed.
- Campfires have been added to the map, opening up new healing strategies.
More changes are expected as the developers push small server-side patches.
System Changes and Quality of Life Improvements
These changes aim to reduce friction for traders, builders, and general players.
Trading Upgrade
- Items that stack beyond 10 can now be traded in adjustable quantities using a slider.
This eliminates the repetitive manual trade spam needed when transferring large stacks.
Loadout Slots
A highly requested feature finally arrives.
- Save complete equipment, outfits, and stat point builds.
- Three slots are free by default.
- Expandable up to 10 slots, for 50 Robux per additional slot.
- Can be loaded in Battle Royale.
- Does not store Devil Fruits or Fighting Styles.
- Only loads items you currently possess.
This dramatically cuts down on the time required to switch builds between PvP, PvE, and farming.
SP Reset Essence
- Maximum cap increased to 50.
A straightforward benefit for players who constantly adjust their build.
Server Performance
- Memory leak fixes to improve server stability and reduce lag.
Expect smoother gameplay on newer servers.
Bug Fixes
- Burn Bazooka and several accessories are no longer unobtainable in BR chests.
- Fixed shrine malfunction during the Halloween event.
- Factory Raid Stage 4 soft-lock issue has been fixed.
All fixes apply to new servers.
Part 3 marks the last Halloween update of the year, closing the event with a strong mix of collector cosmetics, new systems that evolve the game long-term, and valuable quality-of-life improvements. The Devil Fruit Rod and Loadout Slots provide lasting utility, while Battle Royale continues to receive active development rather than remaining a seasonal mode.
