The Halloween Event in Blox Fruits introduces a limited-time Trick or Treat feature that allows players to earn Candy and experience special encounters across the map. If you’re unsure how to activate trick-or-treating or why the doors may not respond, this guide explains the exact process step-by-step.
How Trick or Treat Works
You may have already seen Halloween-themed doors scattered around the map. These doors can be interacted with for rewards, but they do not function at all times. If you try to interact outside the event window, nothing will happen.
Trick or Treating is only available during a special timed event that activates once every hour.
When the Event Starts
The Trick or Treat event begins every hour on the hour. For example:
- 3:00 PM
- 4:00 PM
- 5:00 PM
- 6:00 PM
No matter what hour it is, once the clock hits the start of the hour, the event begins.
Event Duration
Each Trick or Treat session lasts for 10 minutes.
During this 10-minute window, all Halloween doors become active.
How To Trick or Treat
Once the event starts, head to any Halloween-themed door and interact using the prompt key (E on PC). You will receive one of two outcomes:
- Treat – Gives you Candy
- Trick – Triggers a special event or prank
The goal is to visit as many doors as possible within the 10-minute period to farm Candy efficiently.
Pro Tips to Make the Most of the Event
- Set an alarm or timer so you never miss the hourly window
- Stay near areas with multiple houses to maximize door visits
- Form a small group to locate new door clusters faster
Since the event only lasts 10 minutes, preparation can make a big difference in how much Candy you collect.
Why Doors Don’t Work Outside the Event
If you try to interact with a door at any time other than the active 10-minute window, nothing will happen. The doors are fully disabled until the next hourly event begins.
The Trick or Treat feature is a short but rewarding Halloween activity that gives players a chance to gather Candy, experience fun interactions, and unlock limited seasonal items. Make sure to prepare ahead of the hourly window, especially if you’re aiming to farm enough Candy for event items or Haunted Gacha rolls.
