The Coronation Event (also known as the Slime Rush) in the Halloween PT2 Update can look intimidating at first, but it’s actually one of the easier solo events once you understand the setup. In this guide, we’ll walk through how to solo the entire event using only two DPS units and two farms, exactly like in the reference video — with clear placement, timing, and ability management.
Step 1 – Early Setup
Place Your Farm:
Start by placing your first farm near the starting area to generate early cash.
Focus on upgrading it steadily until it’s fully maxed before adding the second farm.
Place Lulu (Louch):
Drop Lulu near the central bend of the map — ideally positioned so his AoE covers a wide zone.
This area ensures his submission ability will hit both incoming waves and bosses effectively.
Place Deathson:
Position Deathson slightly behind Lulu, in a spot that covers the next section of the path.
When maxed out, Deathson’s AoE and high burst will clear anything that leaks past Lulu.
Your goal in the first few waves is to farm efficiently while keeping both units upgraded enough to handle initial spawns.
Step 2 – Mid-Game Upgrades
Once your farms are fully maxed, switch to auto-upgrading both DPS units.
Keep both Lulu and Deathson scaling evenly — they’ll handle every boss without extra help.
If you’re struggling slightly, choose buff cards before starting. These can include:
Damage buffs
Attack speed boosts
Passive enhancements (like double damage on certain hits)
Avoid defensive or passive cards that slow down damage output early on.
Step 3 – Handling Boss Waves
First Boss:
Keep calm — he’ll take heavy passive damage.
You shouldn’t need to use any abilities yet.
Second Boss:
Maintain your focus on upgrades.
Still no need for abilities unless RNG modifiers make the boss stronger than usual.
Step 4 – Wave 40 Boss
At Wave 40, the next major boss appears.
- Wait until it enters Lulu’s AoE, then activate Lulu’s Submission ability.
- This will chunk the boss’s HP drastically.
- Continue letting both DPS deal consistent AoE damage.
You might notice the health bar barely moves at first, but once damage procs from passive cards (like 2× attack boosts) trigger, the boss will melt quickly.
Step 5 – Final Boss
Now it’s time to finish strong:
Save both nukes:
Deathson’s “All of You Die” ability
Lulu’s Submission (if available again)
Trigger Deathson’s nuke first once the final boss spawns and reaches the middle section.
Then, as the boss walks into Lulu’s AoE, fire off Submission for maximum burst.
You’ll notice the boss HP bar plummets — this combo completely deletes him before he can reach the end.
Step 6 – Full Debuff Quest Run
If you’re doing the “Only Debuffs – Complete Coronation Event” quest:
Replace buffs with debuffs but avoid harsh modifiers, such as:
Reduced range
Increased SPA (slower attack speed)
Acceptable debuffs: Slight enemy damage or HP boosts — these won’t ruin your solo attempt.
For safety, bring a Light-type unit since most bosses are Dark-type, giving you extra elemental advantage.
Even with debuffs, this exact setup can solo the event — just use abilities more carefully and avoid stacking harsh card penalties.
This two-unit strategy is currently the most efficient solo setup for the Coronation (Slime Rush) Event in Anime Last Stand Halloween PT2 Update.
Using Lulu and Deathson, backed by two farms, you can clear every wave — even under debuff conditions — without needing extra support units.
