The Uzumaki bloodline offers some of the most unique and disruptive tools in the game, especially in PvP. With the ability to steal a player’s eyes, disable skills, and cut awakening timers, Uzumaki is a force to be reckoned with—but unlocking its full potential takes careful progression.

- Uzumaki Affinity
- Extraction Seal
- Adamantine Sealing Chains (awakening)
You’ll also learn how to convert all four required sealing chains without picking up flaws or locking yourself out of other skill paths.
Requirements to Begin Uzumaki Progression
- Bloodline: You must be Uzumaki
- Sealing Skill Path: Unlock it by spending a chakra shard at a chakra point
- Skills Needed: You must learn and use the first four abilities in the Sealing path
Important: You do not need to take a flaw or lock yourself out of stamina progression. Older guides claiming this are outdated.
Four Chains
To unlock the core Uzumaki abilities, you must convert four hidden sealing chains spread across the world. Each chain requires a different task.
Chain 1: Sealing Bells Ritual (Training Grounds)
Location: Near the cliffs where the Training Bells Quest takes place
Item Required: Sealing Bells
How to Get Sealing Bells:
- Go to Training Grounds
- Climb the tree near the bells quest gate
- Inside the gated area (dash through if locked), you’ll find the Sealing Bells
Do not hand the bells in to the training instructor. That causes a flaw and locks you out of the Stamina path.
How to Convert the Chain:
Learn and equip the Seal Barrier Rods skill (from the Sealing path)
Place rods in a triangle or square formation on the ground
Equip the Sealing Bells item and drop them inside the barrier (press Backspace while holding them)
A chain will automatically convert if placed correctly
Chain 2: Button at Serpent’s Cove (Oasis Area)
Location: Serpent’s Cove
Path:
Start at the Oasis chakra point
Dash through the gate into the Manda boss maze
Follow the left path until you find a wall button
Press the button to convert the chain. If pressing doesn’t work, switch servers.
Chain 3: Passive Conversion by Skill Usage
Condition: This chain converts by using your first four Sealing skills repeatedly
There is no prompt or message when this chain converts
Just keep spamming your Sealing skills as often as possible
Ideally, use them while completing quests or farming, so you don’t waste time
Once enough usage has been logged, this chain is automatically converted
You can check your progress by visiting the secret cave near Windy 2. If you’ve converted the chain, the seal will show changed visuals.
Chain 4: Seal a Reanimated Player
Condition: You must seal a reanimated player using your sealing abilities
- You’ll receive a Reanimated Soul item as confirmation
- This is also required to unlock Extraction Seal
Tips:
Ask a friend or alt account to reanimate themselves for you to seal
Sealing a reanimated player causes them to lose 30% life force
Be careful not to accidentally wipe someone
Unlocking Uzumaki Affinity
Once all four chains are converted:
Go to the secret cave where you checked the third chain (near Windy 2)
Press E and talk to the Uzumaki mask
You’ll receive two Uzumaki Affinity items
These are safe items—you will not lose them on death
Unlocking Abilities
Extraction Seal
- Allows you to steal the eyes of other players
- Required to perform certain clan-based progression paths
Cost to Unlock:
- 300 Rio
- 1 Chakra Fragment
- 1 Uzumaki Affinity
Where: Unlock from any chakra point
Adamantine Sealing Chains (Awakening)
- A powerful mode that disables enemy skills, weakens awakening timers, and stuns targets
Cost to Unlock:
- 200 Acumen
- 1 Uzumaki Affinity
- 1 Reanimated Soul
Where: Unlock at a chakra point after obtaining the required items
How Adamantine Sealing Chains Work
When activated, it becomes your awakening mode. While active:
Your Taijutsu 1 attacks (M1) apply a special ailment:
- Prevents enemies from using skills
- Accelerates the decay of their awakening timer
Left Click (M1):
- Mid-range sealing strike
- Applies skill lock and short stun
Right Click (M2):
- Area of Effect sealing wave
- Applies the same disabling ailment and stun in an area
