Cursed Child Rework – New Awakening, Aura, and Reset Ultimate
Cursed Child just got a massive overhaul in this update.
New Passive: Check
- Activates on a perfect block
- Adds a fresh layer of defense → offense mind games
New Ultimate Move: Reset
“But it refused. Your determination now allows you to persist.”
This ability is lore-heavy and impactful—essentially a second chance mechanic that makes Cursed Child a serious clutch pick.
Other Buffs:
- Awakening aura added
- Faster run speed during awakening
- Same classic moveset, but way more deadly in the right hands
How to Trigger Secret Awakening:
- Enter a mode
- Reset your character
- While lying down, press G
- You’ll enter the new Cursed Child Awakening form
New Sub-Character: Living Blade
Living Blade is the newest sub-character, meaning it skips awakening in favor of a full ultimate move instead.

- Unique M1 attacks
- Wall Combo (with finisher)
- Possession Flurry (with finisher)
- Wailing Fang (can be used twice)
- Crypt Cutter
- Evil Spirit (a counter-type move)

New Character: Godly Highschooler (Early Access)
This early-access character brings high-speed martial arts into the meta.

- Whirlwind Slam (can be used twice)

Item Abilities System – Explained
This new mechanic is a core feature of the update.
How it Works:
- Unique items now spawn around the map
- In public servers: item spawns have a 65% chance every 10 minutes
- In private servers: Game Pass holders can summon them manually
Current Items:
1. Temporary V (Temp V)
Grants one of 5 random powers:
- Solar Vision – bright AoE attack
- Invisibility – turn unseen for a short time
- Star Flare – great combo extender
- Plasmatic Throw – flashy mid-range move
- Super Speed – short dash burst for dodges or mixups
2. Railgun (Collab with Dummy Counters Your Friends)
- Giant map-wide shot with J + LMB
- Long charge, high payoff – perfect for highlight plays

Balance Changes & Fixes
- Cursed Remedy: Now pauses awakening meter during animation
- Renewal Taekwondo:
- Can now be blocked
- You can now evasive out of it
- Anti-Exploit system added to Forward Dash
- Gojo’s Ruthless Beatdown SFX reworked
- Visceral Rush (World Event) now has a finisher
